恶性肿瘤论文：恶性肿瘤化疗后不良反应的中医药治疗研究进展【中文摘要】目前临床使用的抗肿瘤化学治疗药物均有不同程度的毒副作用,有些严重的毒副反应是限制化疗药物剂量甚至是使用的直接原因。它们在杀伤肿瘤细胞的同时,也杀伤了正常的组织细胞,尤其是杀伤人体中正常生长发育旺盛的血液、淋巴组织细胞等。而这些细胞与组织是人体重要的免疫防御系统,破坏了人体的免疫系统,癌症就有可能迅速发展,造成严重的后果。另外,化疗药物引起的社会心理方面的后遗症也不容忽视。本论文通过近15年的文献资料研究,围绕恶性肿瘤化疗后脱发、周围神经毒性、呕吐及骨髓抑制四个毒副反应,对其病因病机、证候、治疗原则、治法用药进行了阐述,并对其中的不足进行了探讨。【英文摘要】Current clinical use of anti-tumor chemotherapy drugs have side effects of different levels, some acute toxicity is to limit the dose of chemotherapy drugs and even the direct cause is the use of.
