Verify all the items on the packing ship are shipped with the oven
确认全部的事项在打包然后装船炉子的事情上

Verify that there is a back order for the items if not shipped with the oven
如果炉子不能被装船，确认这些背后的事因

Verify order and pick list,B/M agreed with the oven
确认订单和数量，B/M与这个炉子一致

Check and then remove shock detectors
确认然后去找休克探查器

Install computer and monitor and connects all Serial cable/Ethernet connenctions
安装电脑和监视器和关联所有的以太网连接

Verify all power wirse screw conncetions for proper torque (all circuit breakers,tansformers,power terminal block, distribution,,SSR power connection)
确认所有的电源电线螺丝连接适当的扭规（所有的断路器，变压器，
功率负载，接线板，SSR电力连接）

Verify Smema connection are secured and tight
确认网络连接是通的和紧密连接在一起的

Verify all terminal block wires are correct and no exposed wires
确认所有的接线端子盒是对的和不是输出端子盒

Verify all terminal jumpers are secured and tight
确认所有的跳线都是通的和紧密的

Check 3 phase power connection and verify incoming voltage and serial tag listed voltage is same 检查3相的电源连接和验证传入电压和系列标签列出电压相同

Verify incoming supply amperage match listed amperage on oven serial tag 确认传入安培供应匹配炉子上市

Verify main facility “PE”ground with oven frame ground connection
确认主要设施”PE”的地面烤箱的连接框架

Make sure BBU connections before power ON 在开启电源之前，请确认BBU的条件。

Turn ON main power switch from rotary switch for standard ovens. If oven equipped with EMO box,turn ON main power switch on EMO box and press and hold “POWER ON /RESET”button until “OVEN ON ”indicator lights up).(FOR very first time ，BBU needs to be turn ON manually after power ON) 打开主要的电源转换器转换标准的炉子。如果炉子装备EMO盒子，打开EMO的转换器盒子然后按下和“电源/复位”按钮，直到炉子启动指示灯亮起来。（第一次，当电源开启的之后，BBU必须调到手动挡）。

Open top hood by hood lift key switch and verify no damage inside the oven chamber 打开顶部的罩用提升钮，确定没有损伤安装炉罩

Remove all packing material form inside the machine 删除所有的打包材料从安装这些机器

Measure the opening of the edge hold conveyor system in several locations to verify that it is parallel 确认打开这个持有输送机的系统多次确认这是并行的

Level the oven 炉子的水平高度

Verify all hardware is tight and or to specification 确认所有的硬件太紧了的或者太松了

Verify exhaust is connected and its specification. 确认排气是连接的和它的紧密度在10%-0%

Install water filters 安装水的过滤器

Verify N2 connected with proper flow rate 确认适氮气当的流率

Verify air supply with proper flow rate 确定空气适当的流率

Verify Water IN and OUT line connected with proper flow rate 确认水流进和出适当的流率

Turn ON computer/Monitor and load “wakeup” job 打开电脑/监视器然后开始负责“唤醒”工作

Verify the operation of all blowers,muffin fans and conveyor motor(s) 确认这些操作所有的，

Load the “wakeup” job and verify all heat zones are heats by entering SP value to 50C manually one by one 负责“唤醒”工作之后，确认所有的空间手动输入一个一个的50C。

Verify all E-stop button /EMO button operation 确认所有的E-STOP和EMO 按钮能够操作

Reset water IN and OUT flow switch for proper water flow 重置水进和出率交换器，以至于达到适当的是水率。

Reset N2 pressure switch to proper N2 pressure 重置氮气调节以至于达到N2适当的

Verify all interlock circuit operation 确认所有的进卡正确操作

Verify autolube system function and reservoir(s) are filled with correct lube 确认系统功能和操作都被填满正确的选项

Verify no lube oil leak in the operation of all options 确认所有的操作要领，缺油的情况下

Check and verify the operation of all options 检测和确认这些操作的所有要领

Verify calibration of the conveyor of all speed 确认速度

Verify the EHC chain operates smoothly and lubricate the EH chain if necessary 确认EHC润滑运行良好和润滑EH

Verify the mesh belt operates smoothly 确认这个运行的平稳情况

Verify flatness/crowning of wire mesh belt 确认

Verify CBS operation and check there are no interference with EHC with hot or cold 确认CBS 运行，检测EHC的冷或热干不干扰它

Verify CBS operation smoothly and lubricate the CBS chain if necessary
确认CBS 运行平稳，如果有必要的话可以润滑下CBS

Check N2 performance 检测氮气的性能
