问一下客人是不是需要菜单啦：
do you need the menu？你需要菜单嘛？
因为有的外国客人是会说中国话的或者只是买一样东西（如咖啡）很简单不需要用到菜单这么麻烦。。。

帮顾客点餐：
can i take your order？我可以帮你点餐嘛？

如果客人指到菜单套餐上你可以问清楚他：
this combo or the *** only？你是需要这个套餐呢还是只是（某一样东西）？
然后好多外国客人会喜欢换成可乐薯条的。。

辣和不辣的问题：
spicy or non-spicy? 辣还是不辣呢？

分量的问题：
large medium or small? 大中小呢?

堂食或外带：
at here or take away?在这里吃还是打包呢？

如果东西要等的话告诉客人:
you need to wait * minutes for ****,i'll get that for you later.
***需要等*分钟，我等会儿帮你送过去啊。。。

找零：
here your change ****。找你****。

最后可以的话跟客人说声HAVE A NICE DAY 或者是ENJOY YOUR MEAL之类的那个前台七步曲大概都做齐了吧。。。

肯德基点餐情景英语－经典10句

1.May I help you? / What can I get for you today?

回答：Yes.这句也可以不答，直接点餐。

2.For here or to go? / Stay or to go?

在这儿吃还是带走？ 回答：For here, number one combo. / To go, one Big Mac with medium fries.

3.With cheese?

回答：Yes. / No. Thanks. 如果店员没问，你也可以主动说 without cheese。

4.Do you need some drinks? / Would you like something to drink? / What kinds of drinks?

要不要点饮料? / 要什么饮料? 回答：Yes, one small Sprite. / Coke, please.

5.Cream or sugar?

要奶精还是糖? 回答：Both. / Cream. / Suger.

6.Would you like fries to go with that?

要不要薯条啊? 回答：No, That's all. / Yes, a big one. 不要，就这些。/ 一个大份的。（如果你想要的话）

7.Is that all? / Anything else?

就这些了吗? 回答：That's it. / That's all. 就这些了。通常用 That's it 的比较多。

8.Five dollars and fifty five cents.

店员会告诉你总共多少钱。 回答：Here is …. dollars.

9.Here is forty five cents, have a great day!

如果刚好，他有时会说There is no change! 回答：Thanks. / You too!

10.词汇：

1). 套餐 (combo)：点套餐时只要说Combo number one，或是number two 就好了。有时店员会问 Do you want to go large? 如果你需要，他会给你大的薯条和可乐。

2). 汉堡 (hamburger):老美说汉堡通常会说 burger，如 cheese burger。

3). 薯条 (fries):薯条有的用French fries，在美国说 fries 就可以了。

4). 饮料 (drinks):在快餐店的饮料就那么几种： a. 可乐 coke b. 减肥可乐 diet coke (diet) c. 雪碧 Sprite d. 橘子汽水 Hi-C (or orange soda) e. 冰茶 (iced tea) .在美国的 soft drink 大多数是可以 refill 的，你可以在店里喝一杯，离去时再去 refill 一杯，相当划算。

5)Tip: 有些老美喜欢用 "Micky D's" 代替 "McDonalds."。
