2. 性格开朗，思维敏捷，善于与人沟通；
3. 本地人，熟悉所在城市历史与文化。
注意：1.字数：120-150
2.可适当增加细节，以便行文连贯。
3.开头已给出，不计入总词数。

Hello!
My name is Li Hua. It’s a great honor to be here to have this interview for an English guide in the summer vacation.
To begin with, as a senior high student, I’m crazy about English and can speak it fluently. I’m used to practicing speaking English in everyday life. For example, I often voice chat with some English net-pels in my spare time, which really contributes to my fluency in oral English. Besides, I’m open-minded, quick in thought and very fond of social practice, which I think is a quality that a good guide should have. Above all, as a native of the city, I know a lot about its history and culture. So I’m sure that the foreigners will appreciate my work and enjoy their stay in our city.
If I am given the chance to be a guide, I’ll spare no effort to do it well. In a word, I’m looking forward to it.

卷分好后两个班的卷子我都认真批改一遍，修正语病，写出评语。部分同学卷面问题比较严重。开学后面谈。
学生写作中暴露的问题：
说大话，语言不得体：
I’m a local person so that in terms of history and culture, no one knows better than I.
If you hire me, I’m sure it will be the best decision you have ever made.
(太拿自己当会事了，如果真是这样不会受聘是肯定的事。)
但有个学生这样写：Give me a chance and then I’ll give you a surprise. (前面加上please会更好)，这样的语言是可取的。

学生语码转换的问题：（语码转换 Not Word for Word!）
1. … and following are my advantages…
2. My spoken English is fluent.
3. I am optimistic and have a quick mind.
4. I have a sharp mind / an active mind.
5. I’m a local people, so I’m familiar with the history and culture of the city.
6. (更有甚者写成这样：I’m a local liver and I am familiar with ……)
7. If I get the job, I would work by my heart. (学生还经常写 study by hear 用心学习)
（想起一个经历类似于张连仲老师讲的“carefully fall”(小心摔倒) 的例子：
Once I visited Changdao, a scenic spot in Yantai District. I was shocked to find the English word“gossip” on the sign board for the Eighth Diagrams in Chinese Mythology. This kind of Chinglish is ridiculous, and absolutely unacceptable.）

有些表达虽然不是最好，但可以接受：
如：1）I have a sharp mind and I can come up with a good solution to a sudden problem.
2）Outgoing, shiny and sweet, I’m good at communicating with others.
这篇文章高中三年都可拿来写，内容会不一样。
高一学生用到这样的语言：
get a kick out of learning English
I’m fond of the seaside city, which is heavy with history and culture.
I attach great importance to English learning.
高二、高三随着知识的增长、能力的提升慢慢过渡到这样的语言：
Besides classroom learning, I also go to the English corner to practice my oral English and read extensively on the Internet, which contributes a lot to the improvement of my English proficiency.
我已要求学生将作文题及自己的作文裁下来贴到笔记本中，高二（加强长难句）、高三（精练、简介）继续写同一篇，让学生在比较鉴别中感受自己的进步、体验成就感。
另外阅卷过程中发现不少学生写套话，
例如：There is no denying that I am good at English.看来是某所学校甚至某个老师所教，不过了解我校其他老师尤其个别年轻老师对这样的作文都打了相对高的分数，看来，从功利的角度出发，为了学生考试得高分，必要时得违心地教点套语，尤其中偏下水平学生，还是奏效的。我一般强调硬功夫，制定得高分原则：正确为先，顺畅为妙，有文采更好。（强、虚、倒）
对于语码转换的问题我的建议是进行必要的双语阅读，读的过程中认真揣摩两种语言中的差异，高考出题经常钻的就是语言差异的空子。

假设你是新华中学的学生李华，不久前在学校举办的英语竞赛中获得一等奖。校报请你写一篇稿件刊登在英文版面上，介绍你课外学习英语的经验。请根据以下提示用英语写一篇短文：
