Confidence and Cowardice(二)
This is a confident world. This is a coward world. We win because of confidence, but lose because of coward.
This is a world of competition, and self-confidence can help us get more opportunities. If we don’t trust ourselves, how can we gain other people’s trust? If they don’t trust us, how can we persuade them to offer us a good job, to give us a promotion in our future? Only we are confident of gaining something can we hope to enjoy the happiness of success and the beauty of life. Only if we are confident of reaching our goals, can we be brave enough to overcome all the obstacles and hardships in daily life. There goes a saying, if for tomorrow’s beautiful scenery, and then yesterday’s failure means nothing.
There is a world of competition, so being coward will make us lose more. Good chances are rare to come across, and it is not that easy to create them ourselves. We should be brave enough to raise our heads and show the world that we can, and we have the potential to get things we want to have, to be the kind of person that we want to be.
In my opinion, incorrect self-evolution is the main cause of our cowardice. So try to find our advantages, and then we will free from cowardice which has the power to waste our talent. Secondly, see things in a different light. Life is not always what we want it to be. An optimistic person is more likely to overcome difficulties and then gain confidence from his successes. Thirdly, try to live our own life because other people’s voice can shatter our dreams sometime. It is true that the most dangerous enemy is ourselves. Sometimes it is not other people but we who hold us back and blow us down. We had better be the master not the servant of our life because only we have the right to decide what to do and where to go. So try to be confident and face our life bravely, because we have the power to pursue our dreams. In a word, there are many ways for us to choose from, so just abandon the cowardice, take our confidence and make a start. I am sure that the world belongs to us all.
