　　Do you see the glass as half-full rather than hall empty? The two different answers to the question represent two different attitudes towards life -- optimistic attitude and pessimistic attitude.
　　Optimi always leads to happiness, health and suess while pessimi , by contrast, results in hopelessness, sickness and failure. That's because optimists and pessimists deal with the same challenges and disappointments in very different ways. When things go wong the pessimist tends to blame himsell, while the optimist looks for loop holes. The optimist feels in control of his oval life. If things are going badly, he acts quickly, looking for solutions, forming a new plan of action, and seeking for advice. On the contrary, the pessimist yields to the arrangement of fate and moves slowly. He doesn't seek advice, since he assumes nothing can be done.
　　Most people are a mix of optimi and pessimi . Optimi is important in all aspects of our lives. If you can change your mind from pessimi to optimi , you can change your life.
　　Christ s is the most important festival in the western world. It falls on December 25th. When my mother and I stayed in America, we were invited by one of my mother's friends to have Christ s with an American family. We bought some presents for our American friends on our way to their house.
　　They had prepared different kinds of gifts for their family and guests when we got to their house, such as Christ s candles, cakes, cards, little toys, biscuits and so on. A Christ s tree was placed in the er of the brilliant hall. How beautiful it was! We were impressed by these. We had a big meal. After dinner, they told us some interesting stories about Christ s. We learned that Christ s had something to do with God. We went to bed at midnight. Though we knew the Santa Claus was not true, we were still waiting for the Santa Claus with white beard to bring us presents.And we received ny beautiful presents the next morning.
　　This Christ s was really unforgettable. Not only did I have a good time, but also I knew something about foreign culture.
　　Echo,my favourite teacher,is a pretty and slim lady.One of the most important reason that I like her is that she is very sincere.When she talks to others,she always has a ile on her face.
　　I think Echo is a natural teacher beacuse she has a lot of good methods on teaching.She is not only quite friendly ,but also humorous.Her class is full of fun that you have never feel bored.To improve our grades,she usually gives us some advices about how to learn English well.What's more,she sacrificed her own time to help every student,no thought of gain.Sometimes,she nearly has no time to have lunch.When I ask her questions,she must spare no effort to ke me understand,with patience and careness.I have never seen such a good teacher as her before.
　　A good teacher can point out the direction and give you endless strength when you get into trouble.I'm lucky enough to have such a good teacher present to my life. Echo has a great inflence on me.I'm thankful her help very much.
　　As the whole world has its boundaries, limits and coexist in our life. I don’t expect plete which is impossible. I simply have a dream that supports my life.I dream that one day, I could escape from the deep sea of thick school books and lead my own life. With my favorite fictions, I lie freely on the green grass, elling the spring, listening to the wind singing, breathing the fresh and cool air and dissolve my soul in nature at last. Simple and short enjoyment can bring me great satisfaction.
　　I dream that one day the s could throw their prejudice of ic and cartoon away. They could keep a lovely heart which can share sorrow and happiness with us while watching cartoon or doing personal things. That’s the real munication of heart to heart.
　　I have the belief that my dreams should e true. I am looking forward to some day ing when I am like a proud eagle which flies to the blue and vast sky.
