概述 Introduction
GDSD500系列射频导纳物位开关是一种新颖的物位测量仪表,它采用先进的射频导纳技术,克服了电容式物位计不能消除导电挂料影响的缺陷,仪表具有运行可靠,适用于几乎所有工业现场。仪表还具有安装方便,免维护,低价位等特点, 广泛用于石油、化工、冶金、医药、电力、食品、造纸等工业领域。
GDSD500series RF admittance level controller is a new level instrument.It adopts advantage RF admittance technology and overcomes the defect that capacitive level transmitter can't eliminate the influence of conductivc coating on sensor.Due to its stable operating ,it is used in almost all the industry site.With easy installing、no maintainence、low price ,the instrument is applied for
petroleum 、chemical engineering、 metallurgy 、pharmacy 、electric power、 foodstuff and paper product.
结构原理 Construction Principle
该物位开关由传感器单元和电子单元组成。传感器单元主要包括三部分:测量探极、屏蔽极及接地端。物料的高度
反映为探极与容器壁间导纳的变化,当物料到达开关工作点时,电子单元作出反应,驱动继电器动作,输出开关信号。
屏蔽极可防止由于电极上有挂料而产生误动作信号,仅当物料真正达到设置点时,继电器才输出信号。
The controller consist of sensor and circuit .The sensor has three parts: measuring detector、 shielding detector and ground
terminal.The change of admittance between detector and tank wall reflects to material height.When material height reachs controller
working point,electric part acts to make the relay output switch signal.The shielding detector can prevent conductivc coating on
sensor from error action.Only material height reachs set point really,the relay outputs the signal.

推荐选型安装 Recommend Installment
1) 在测非导电介质时,可以为水平或垂直安装。如需要垂直安装时,要求探头长至少大于控制位置6〞左右。
Horizontal or vertical installment is allowed for non-conductive material. If vertical installment, detector length must more than controlled point 6〞.
2) 在测导电液体、泥浆或界面检测时,可以水平垂直安装。探头与物料接触位置即报警位置。
Horizontal or vertical installment is allowed for conductive liquid slurry or interface.The position of the detector and material contacting is alarming position.
3) 在测粉末和颗粒装物料时,可以水平或垂直安装,但探头穿过容器时,保护电极应比容器壁上的积料厚度长出2〞。
如用户需要,我们可以提供材质为Teflon或Kyanr材料的防腐探头(采用涂层法兰连接)。
Horizontal or vertical installment for measuring fine power and particles.Pay attention:when the detector enter into the vessel, the length of the protection detector is longer 2〞than the thickness of particles on the vessel.If customer require,we can supply erosion-proof detector made by Teflon or Kyanr.
校准 Calibrition
1) 灵敏度的校正Adjustment for sensitivity
当进行调节时,请注意这些总的规则:
将2个灵敏度调节电位器顺时针旋转增加灵敏度。
当两个灵敏度控制调好后,绿色灯亮,表示探头上“有”物料存在,红色灯亮,表示“无”物料存在。
安装方法有水平或垂直两种。为保证设备稳定工作应有5分钟预热。
Pay attention below rules when adjusting:
Add sensitivity through clockwise rotating both sensitivity resistance.
After finishing adjustment,green light working shows there exist material on the detector;red light working shows no material .
Two installment can be selected: horizontal & vertical.To keep 5 minutes warm-up to ensure the instrument work steadily.
A) 测量非导电物料,调节细(F)灵敏度控制到中间位置。然后慢慢调节粗(C)灵敏度直到状态灯刚刚变红。重调细(F)灵敏度控制找到一个刚刚变红点,记下“空”的位置,如图所示。然后,将探头插入物料重调细(F)灵敏度控制(不接触粗调灵敏度)刚好变为绿点,并记下它的位置。注意两个记号的不同,并且重调细(F)灵敏度控制到两记号的中间位置。这就是一个完整的调试过程。
To measure non-conduct material ,adjust F resistance to middle position,then adjust C resistance slowly until status light beginning to change red, repeat to adjust F to find a position which status light begins to change red,remark 'empty'position; put the detector into the material, adjust F again to make the statue light change to blue,remark this position.Pay attention both different position,repeat to adjust F to between above position.All above is complete adjusting process.
注意:细调可旋转的角度应有20度,如果少于20度,请与厂家商量。建议对于非水基工艺液体(不导电液体)最好
的安装方法是垂直安装,当液体到达探头10cm时报警。
Remark: the rotating range of F is more than 20 degree,if less than 20,pls contact with manufacture.The best installment for non-conduct is vertical ,the controller outputs alarming signal as level reaches the detector 10cm.
B) 对于水基液体(导电液体)(金属容器):反时针调节灵敏度粗调(G)至最大,因为水基液体容易测量,只需碰到传感探头即可,这个过程提供最大的抗粘附能力。这是个完整的调节过程。
To measure conduct material (metal vessel ): contrarotate G to max, due to measuring non-conduct easily, it is ok to only touch the detector,this process supply maximum anti-adhesion capability.This is a complete adjusting process.
C)对于水基液体(导电)(非金属容器):参照A),但细调(F)为正好绿色位置。(有料)
To measure conduct material(non-metal vessel): refer to A),but F is in the position which status light begins to change green.
2) 时间延时 Time Delay
GDSD500包括0-30秒可调时间延时,有延时开/延时关模式。这种模式典型的用处是消除控制继电器的“抖动”,或者控制循环顺序。
GDSD500 have 0-30s adjustable time delay and delay-open/delay-close .It can eliminate control-relay dithering or control recursive sequence.
开始时延时控制设为零(反时针到底位置)。当用延时来消除继电器抖动时,仅要求旋转最小的角度。延时将导致在工艺物位控制点的上面或下面摆动,但平均物位仍等于控制点,超过量和不到量与延时比例有关。
At beginning delay control is zero(contrarotate to the end). Only rotate min degree to eliminate relay dithering.The delay will lead to wave upon or below control position,but average level is equel to control position,level more than or less than is relative to the delay ratio.
3) 失电保护模式选择 Fail-Safe
故障报警工作反映大多数主要的故障情况,包括电源的故障,这将引起控制继电器释放电压。因此,继电器释放电压的状态被称为故障报警。 “H”位置显示高位报警,“L”位置显示低位报警。
Error alarming can reflect main error including power error, it will make the control relay release voltage. The status of releasing voltage is called error alarming. “H”shows high alarming, “L” shows low alarming.
