由于我因公务回国，今天无法亲临现场出席英中贸协举办的第四届中国商业大会，特此通过视频对大会的召开表示热烈祝贺。

值此“纳尔逊-曼德拉国际日”，我和全世界各地的人们一起向这位以自己的力量、理想和博大胸怀改变了南非和二十世纪进程的伟人致以崇高的敬意。

今天，当我们向纳尔逊o曼德拉致敬的时候，我们要共同坚持曾激励过他的价值观。当今世界所有社会都在改革，所有人都面临着不断加重的压力，让我们所有人坚定地遵循纳尔逊o曼德拉确立的道德方向。尊重、相互理解与和解是和平与自由的最坚实基础。本着这一精神，我们需要帮助他人，我们必须跨越一切隔阂，珍爱我们共同生活的世界。这就是教科文组织今天要传递的讯息。
第三篇：英协计划英协晨读计划
新学年，新气象。在新的一年里，我们要有新的目标，去年，我们都参加了b级考试，想必在座的各位都是没有问题的，那么，在这学期，我们的目标是，4级英语。4级，很难，但是，我们需要的仅仅是努力。
在晨读资料方面需做出改革，第一点，需要向4级英语的内容靠拢，4级英语需熟练掌握4200的单词，做一个简单的计算，从3月到6月，我们大概有60天的晨读时间，所以，一个很明显的问题就是时不我待，大家都是成年人了，在自觉方面无需多重复。第二点，根据自主的原则，把现有的社员分成两快，一个愿意跟着社团向4级方向努力的为一组，另一个单单为了晨读或想看自己资料的为一组。
晨读资料分为4块，第一部分为单词，引入大量的4级词汇，需要自己去下功夫，因为晨读的时间很少，主要还是课余的时间，记单词不能单单靠死记硬背，要结合英标和实际的例句，要做到能实际运用，词汇方面，要有英标，中文意思，词性变化，例句，争取把背过的每一个单词都能在脑海里留下印象（英标方面，我英协成员务必学会英标，英标是学习英语的首要条件，就像我们学拼音一样，是认识英语的基础。可以让社员都写一张小纸条，说明自己英语的情况，以会不会英标为界限，不太懂的安排着重学英标，争取人人都会，安排一周也就是五天的时间让不会英标的社员恶补一下）。
第二部分为语法，语法方面也许配合一定的例句，要结合实际来记语法，语法可以引入一些比较常用的，又能和4级挂钩的。
第三部分为作文，每份资料要附上一篇作文，需要有一定的4级的模块样式，附带几句谚语，还有好词好句。
第四部分为听力，听力资料也向4级靠拢（我不太赞成做4级听力，因为我们词汇量小，英语程度不高，做4级听力可能有很大的难度，就算恶补词汇量，也不是一朝一夕就能上去的，可以考虑3级或其他稍难一点但比4级简单的材料），做听力时，一次性听完，然后对答案，有异议的提出来，上面的人做解答，无人有意见的就跳过。
晨读资料一礼拜一份，大约200个词汇，二十条语法，两篇作文（两个模块），三份听力材料（每天时间短，不一定能听完，一份材料听一到两天），每天前半个小时自己背单词，看语法和作文，七点半以后做听力。
开学一周后，正式晨读，每礼拜，两次未到者，视为为退社，有事先请假，无冬休，不要135早读制，25或26号可以召开一次英协会议，和各部门的部长商讨，干事和其他社员欢迎参加，共同领会英协学期晨读计划的精神。三月前务必将通知发给每位社员，保证无遗漏现象。在第三周统计出英协的实际人数。
关于非社员要临时加入英协早读，因为我自己班内有同学提出过相关问题，以相同的会规来约束他们，不能想不来就不来，几次不来视为退社，资料费由他们自己承担，我们搞活动欢迎他们来参与，不强迫，并说明无学分加。
第一周：开会，商讨晨读问题，发通知，确定晨读资料问题
第二周：正式晨读，恶补英标，统计人数，4级分组
第三周：七点早读，七点半做听力
第四篇：英协演讲natureisourmother

自然是我们的母亲
请允许我用一个我们今天在座的大部分人，就算不是全部，都很熟悉的场景来展开我的演讲。
“妈妈，不好意思，今年的学费要三千元。”
“妈妈，明天是我朋友的生日，我要给她买份礼物。”
“妈妈，这件衣服早过时了，帮我买件新的，好吗。”
索取，索取，再索取。母亲和孩子的关系似乎永远都是这一种形式。我知道母亲总是我的靠山，给我一切需要的东西，从食物到衣服，从学费到零用钱。我觉得她所做的一切都是理所当然的，直到有一天，她说：“会不会有这么一天你对我说我已经索取够了。’’
就像孩子无止境的要求一样，我们人类，从古到今，也一直在向自然索求以满足欲望。我们享受家具的美丽与舒适，但我们从来就不愿去想一想由于采伐树林而引起的严重的土壤侵蚀问题。我们认为冬天要取暖是理所当然的事情，却未曾意识到宝贵的自然资源就这样被烧掉。我们高兴地看到现代工业发展带来了繁荣，但很少人会对由于工业废物导致的全球空气和水质污染问题稍加考虑。我们无情的剥削已经永远地伤害了地球母亲。我们从去年夏天的洪灾悲剧中已经认识到，我们不能再继续漠不关心下去了。
最后，站在21世纪的门槛上，我们不禁展望着繁荣昌盛。自然不仅是现在这一代人的母亲，更是未来一代人的母亲。如果我们留给他们的是一位贫瘩、毫无生气的母亲，那么我们会受到子孙们何等严厉的批评。如果我们留给他们的遗产是一个和谐的世界，他们会对我们作出何等的称赞。让我们从现在开始尊重、关爱

列夫·托尔斯泰曾说过。每个人都想改变这个世界，但是没有人想到改变自己。他说的很有道理，我们每个人都心怀伟大时志向，时刻准备去干一番能造福全人类的大事业。比如，我们痛恨环境污染，所以我们下定决心去开发新的更高效更干净的能源来保护我们的环境，但是同时我们却随手乱扔垃圾；我们抱怨大城市的交通堵塞，计划造更多的高速路来解决交通问题，但是我们从来没有想过，如果我们能遵守交通规则话，那么这一问题是不是可以得到很大得缓解呢。我们担心电视电影里面得暴力会对我们得孩子产生不良的影响，于是我们敦促政府通过立法来保护未成年人，但是我们这些大人又做得怎么样呢。我们为我们的下一代做好了表率吗。我们说粗话，甚至在孩子面前抽烟。不客气地说，我们对孩子的不良影响更多。
在我看来，在我们打算改变这个世界之前，我们最好先改变一下自己。作为一个普通人，我们其实没有改变这个世界的能力，但是我可以改变我们随地扔垃圾，随地吐痰的坏习惯，我们应该学会去保护环境，我们应该为我们的孩子起好的表率作用。
