Abstract:The essay mainly tells the phenomenon that fastfood has become more and more popular and the reasons.First,i tell my own story between my cousin and me,then i analyse this phenomenon and point out the harmful aspects fastfood may bring.Then i give the next following six reasons to explain why fastfood is popular around the world,among the reasons i believe the sixth---"Fastfood Culture" is the most important reason for its "efficiency","fast","easy" and "impatient",it's the basis and key of the problem.

A few days ago,it was september 1st ,the Children's Day,i made a promise i could bring my little cousin to eat something delicious,he was very delighted and his eyes was sparking,then he told me rapturously that he wanted to eat the KFC,i told him it was not healthy to eat that kind of food which could easily bring him fat,he didn't care about it,"It's delicious,and there are toys besides,that's fun!"he grumbled and stick to it.I lost myself into thoughts:Actually,i was willing to go that place,and sometimes i couldn't help myself and go with my friends,but when i noticed problems about fastfood emerged in endlessly from the news,i knew it was time to stop eating such food or eat less.
When we want to find ways to stop it,we should find the reasons and the key problems.Eating fast food has been a very normal phenomenon today,not only the chidren but also the adults like it,as fastfood is more and more popular among people,the problems become more and more serious,people absorb too much energy just like sugar,axunge and carbohydrate which can give you too much calorie,if you don't take more execise to take it away,you will soon be fat and feel sick, although we know these harmful aspects,we want to know why it is still popular around the world.
I summarized several reasons as followings:
Reason one:Fast food has good tastes
We can't deny the fact that fastfood like KFC,Mcdonalds or the Pizza Huts provide delicious food to you,and there are a number of new thoughts are applied in fast-food,they are tasty for everyone.
Reason two:Fast food is famous for its "fast".
Nowadays,people advocate "fast speed",because they are very busy with their work,people don't have got so much time to deal with their supper,lunch or dinner,they have to try different ways to save time,and fastfood goes with the tide of historical development as it's fast provided.
Reason three:The restaurants provide good services
The environment in the restaurant is comfortable,when you step into a restaurant like the Pizza Hut,what do you feel?It's neat and tidy.Furthermore,you can enjoy music here and good services here.
Reason four:Parents' faults in education.
At the begining,we most people don't know what the fastfood is,it's probablly our parents who let us eat the first time,afterwards,they are not strict with us and educate us something about the harmful aspects fastfood may bring.
Reason five:An excellent marketing strategy
When the western fastfood first come to China,people don't know much about them,but now we can find western fastfood restaurants are everywhere.It's been a part of us,we can not only see it in the shopping center,every streets,we can also see it on TV.Remember it?Advertisements about KFC,Mcdonalds,Pizza are shown everyday,they try to create an image that they are trying to provide you the most delicious and nutritious food though it's usually not.Still,we have to admit it's a good strategy to expand the market.
Reason six:The product of the "Fastfood Culture"
It's the most important view i hold.What is "Fastfood Culture"?It's the product of the whole society,economy and culture.Just as what i say in this essay,fastfood is famous for its "fast",its "fast" meets out needs,people are always busy with their work everyday,it means they don't want to waste time at any moment,they try to catch even a second.As a result,"Efficiency" is extremely important.But the problem is,"Fastfood Culture" is making us impatient,researchers have said that daily exposure to fast-food brands could have asubliminal effect on behaviour,making people hurry regardless of whether they are pushed for time,the probllem is that the goal of saving time gets activated upon exposure to fast food regardless of whethet time is an important factor
in the context.For example,we prefer reading essays to reading novels,we prefer walking fast to walking slowly,it make us do it more easily but not understand deeply,it's the key problem.
All in all,"Fastfood Culture" bring us fastfood,it changes the way we deal with our daily lives.Actually,there is no denying fastfood has brought us a lot of convenience,and it contributes to the whole economy,but we can never approve of the view "Fastfood Culture" can make people focus on their "fast" and "efficiency",just imagine if one human beings does not pay any attention to be more patient,how horrible will the society be!
