The first period:
I.Content:Part1 Listen and read. Match the photos with the texts.
Part2 Read and fill in the children’s name.
II.Teaching objective: Be able to understand the text.
III. Teaching procedures: 1.Teach the title. (explain and get them repeat the title)
(1) We’re going to read some texts of the children of the world.
text 1. Underline the new words you don’t understand.
(2) ( write them on the board ) India, their,also,feed the chickens,important,library,precious
(3) remind them their meaning, teach those new words.
(4) Read the text. Explain the words and the sentences: live, garden, help, behind, house, walk, older, bookshop, near Anything you still don’t understand?
