On Food Safety

With the continual growth of economy,people have improved incomes and they have created demand for richer and more diverse diets.However,all the recent problems of food safety have been closely concerned in the past few years.

As an old saying goesPeople take food as their first need,Chinese are very particular about eating.Nevertheless,we also say that Illness finds its way in by the mouth.We often read the news about food safety from newspaper、magazines or TV.Food safety not only has influences on peoples health,but also affects the social economic development.Although the food safety problems are getting worse,the causes of those problems remain essentially the same despite all apparent changes.

Most of food safety problems happen because of the corrupt factories.One of the most common thing we see on the table is the swill-cooked dirty oil.The unscrupulous businessmen make the oil from animals liver or recovered swill which are all very cheap material.They spend low cost,but get excessive profits.According to some statistics,an estimated 2m tonnes of the slop are consumed annually in the country by unwitting diners.It is clear that more and more businessmen are making their way to make huge profit.We also know the the scandal which was exposed a few months ago.Most of the capsule、yogurt and jelly are added in gelatin which is made of waste leather.The material is not only bargain,but also a kind of garbage.The criminal works use harmful additives and junk material to make food. There are many instances like these. For example,counterfeit codfish、shrimp filled with glue、artificial eggs and so on.

Besides,the departments are not in good monitor and protect the consumers.In order to be unpunished,some illegal factories spend large sum of money to bribe the public officials.Then they can do what they wan to do without any investigation.When problems arise,they dont do their job to maintain customers after getting dirty money from those businessmen.Some of the unscrupulous businessmen have their way to continue the criminal behavior under the protection.

The last but least,our consumers should raise their awareness of food safety.We dont buy the food which has no guarantee or no date of manufacture.People ignore the safety and buy them,which leads the factories to produce more unhealthy food.Only no one buy the products and report the criminal behavior,will the illegal action reduce.

Now the food safety problems is becoming more and more serious.More morbific food are producing and the ways of forging is diversified.The situation allows no delay.The government must make measures and carry out related laws to protect customers.Every should realize the serious problem of food safety.We have to make contributions to solve the problem,not only to protect ourselves but also to maintain and develop our country.

食品平安观后感

有一句话，叫“民以食为天。”由此可见我们的生活与食品有着多么亲切的联络啊!说到食品，我们便会想到，我们四周的食品到底安不平安、卫不卫生呢？我们许多人都会这么想。最近的孔雀石绿、苏丹红等这些是已经被“消灭”了，还有红心鸭蛋等还没完全被处理。

不过就算它们如今已经给处理了，但是我们还要担忧“它们”还会不会在不久的今后卷土重来呢？想到这里，我就不禁想到了在幕后不断“制造”这一些危害人生平安食品的人。因而我就想到了如此的一个征询题，这些人是为了什么？我想仍然为了一个字——钱，钱是魔鬼的诱饵。由于钱，这世界上发生过多少次的谋杀、抢劫和盗窃，谁能想到这么一张张的钱币，竟是监狱和法庭输送罪犯的“供给商”

也确实是由于了钱产生了：人工合成甜味剂(糖精钠、甜蜜素)和防腐剂(苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾)等食品添加剂的使用情况。因而，我在想些人明不明白，他们的“产品”危害了多少人 有许多的人由于吃了这些所谓的“卫生、平安食品”而上吐下泻乃至丢了性命的!不过，我想，除了批判那些只明白赚钱而不顾及他们身体健康、平安的人以外，我们还要提高本人的防备认识!如：苹果过于的发亮说明苹果可能打过蜡。葡萄上的白斑过多可能确实是农药使用过量。这些说明，防备食品中人为的添加化学物质、有害物质有些是能够用肉眼或简单的方法检验出来的。来吧，让我们一起来为我们的健康、平安而奋斗吧!杜绝有害食品，还我们一个健康的身体!

观看后，估且让我们相信两部法规都能执行得特别好，我们吃的食品都是符合相关标准的，那么，让我们翻看这些标准，大概觉得这些标准规定的内容只保证我们吃了这些东西是死不了的，但是我们吃了这些食品之后，有哪些好处，有哪些危害，它们和我们的健康到底有什么关系，他们是通过如何样的流程消费出来的，却一点看不出来。也许这些征询题才是与我们每个一般老百姓惜惜相关的，而据我对食品消费的理解，这些征询题让我们更加值得关注了。

我们到底该吃什么 四处是膨化食品、油炸食品，我们四周越来越多的人进肯德基、麦当劳，我们大概觉得这些东西对身体有一些危害，但又说不出个因而然来，因而为了口感、为了方便、为了用餐环境、为了小小的虚荣心，不管三七二十一，开吃。

据相关报道说，美国人与中国人相比，患心脏病、动脉硬化、高血压、高血脂的比率，前者要高特别多，中国的兴隆地区和欠兴隆地区相比，患上述疾病的比率也要高特别多。主要缘故是吃动物性蛋白多的缘故，比方多吃肉、多喝牛奶等。

这使我想到，我们的食品平安法、农产质量量平安法以及相关的产品标准所规定的够吗，我们仅仅只保证吃了不会立即出征询题就行了吗。

我们要明白我们吃的食品是从哪里来的，如何来的，通过了哪些个程序加工出来的，其中加了哪些添加剂，我们要明白吃什么才健康，应该如何吃才健康。
