法律参谋聘用合同（中英） 正文： 法律参谋聘用合同（中英对照）CONTRACT ON RETAINING LEGAL COUNSEL法律英语网:/ ON RETAINING LEGAL COUNSEL （以下简称甲方）因工作需要按照中华人民共和国律师法的有关规定，聘请（以下简称乙方）的律师为法律参谋，经双方协商订立以下协议，共同遵照履行。 _ （A“ hereinafter） would like to retain _ （B“ hereinafter） as its legal counsel， according to Law of Attorneys of Peoples Republic of China. The two parties through consultation hereby agree upon， and shall be bound by， the following terms： 一、乙方委派律师担任甲方的法律参谋，为甲方提供法律协助，依法维护甲方的合法权益。甲方指定为法律参谋的联络人。 1. B will designate _， the lawyer employed by A， to work as Bs legal counsel. _ will provide legal assistance and protect Bs interests vested by law.二、法律参谋工作范围： 1.为甲方解答法律征询题，必要时提供法律意见书。 2.协助草拟、修正、审查合同和有关法律事务文书。 3.接受甲方委托，参与经济合同会谈。 4.接受甲方委托，担任代理人，参加诉讼、非诉讼、调解、仲裁活动。 5.应甲方要求，向职工进展法制宣传教育。 6.接受甲方委托、办理其它法律事务。 2. The legal counsel will provide the following services： a. Providing answers to legal questions， and issuing written legal opinion when necessary； b. Assisting in drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal document； c. Participating in contract negotiation on As behalf； d. Participating in litigation， non-litigation activities， arbitration， and intermediation； e. Handling other legal matters on behalf of A.三、律师的工作时间、地点，按照甲方的提议，随时联络商定。 3. A will contact the legal counsel to decide the time and location each time when service is needed.四、甲方向乙方每年缴纳聘请律师费元。律师费用按季缴纳，参加诉讼、非诉讼、调解、仲裁、以及工程会谈，收费按规定另议。 4. A shall pay B an annual fee of $ _. Additional fee will be charged on an hourly basis for the service of litigation， intermediation， arbitration， and contract negotiation.五、律师受甲方委托，外出差旅费由甲方支付。 5. Whenever the legal counsel is on business trip on behalf of A， all his/her living and traveling expense shall be paid by A.六、甲方应向律师提供与业务有关的情况、材料和必要的工作条件。 6. A shall provide the legal counsel with relevant information， material and appropriate working conditions.七、本合同自双方签字之日起生效，期限为年。 7. This contract shall come into effect on the date when it is signed by both parties. The term of this contract is _years. 八、本合同一式两份，双方各执一份，具有同等效力。 8. This contract shall have two originals and each party will have one.
