• 2 Why does Hobo ask Eddie to read the stars?
• 3 What does Eddie’s star say about him?
• 4 What happens to Eddie’s breakfast at the end of the story?
Activity 3: Act out the story.
Activity 4：Language focus
• 1 bring, take, carry Hobo把报纸带到说话人Eddie的身边来，故Eddie说It’s nice of you to bring me the newspaper, Hobo.
• 2 上句用of的原因是nice属于“人的品质”的形容词，可以说You are nice.品质形容词还有kind, generous, clever，careful, careless, crazy, wise, impolite ,brave, right, wrong, rude, selfish等
• 比较：It’s necessary for us to read English every day.
• 3 newspaper“报纸”， 可数 而paper“纸”，不可数。

• 4 It’s very interesting.讨论：根据上下文，it指的是什么？
• 5 I won’t be hungry.
• 助动词will后面接动词，hungry是形容词，所以中间加了be动词。
• 6 worry about not having breakfast担心没早饭吃
• about是介词，所以have用的是现在分词，doing的否定not doing, to do否定？
