验证反应的发生教学反思
一、 启蒙教学,充分调动学生学习化学的兴趣。
教育心理学指出:构成学生学习动机的重要成分主要是学生的学习自觉性和对学习产生的直接兴趣。初三化学是学习化学的启蒙阶段,如何在这个阶段中调动学生的积极性,激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的思维能力、创造能力,提高教学质量都能起到事半功倍的效果。
二、 充分发挥化学实验的作用,努力提高教学质量。
在课堂教学中,我们充分利用化学实验的优越性,认真组织好实验教学。在演示实验中,我们除按基本操作要求进行示范操作外,还引导有目的的观察实验现象,并能设计一些问题,让学生在实验中观察和思考,引导学生根据实验现象探究物质的本质及其化学变化的规律。我们还结合教材内容,对实验进行增补,增强实验的效果,加强实验内容的实用性和趣味性,激发学生对实验的兴趣,进而发挥学生的主观性,增强学生积极主动的参与意识,借助对实验现象的分析,综合归纳,提高学生分析问题和解决问题的能力。
三、 做好期末复习工作,争创会考好成绩。
期末复习工作的好坏,是直接影响会考的成绩,所以期末复习工作,我们能做到有计划、有目的地进行。每个阶段,我们要复习什么内容,都做到心中有数,复习的练习题、测试题都严格筛选。对不同层次的题目进行辅导和练习,对学有余力的学生,增大课外作业的容量,加大难度,适应会考题;对接受能力较差学生,做到耐心细致、百问不厌,常利用中午课外时间给他们辅导,为提高会考的合格率,我们不断耕耘。同时,对于学生作业我们基本上做到全收全改,做好每次测评工作。从反馈回来的情况,及时了解学生对知识掌握的程度,做好辅导和改进的调控工作,为全面提高会考成绩而不断地进取。

2、 Give full play to the role of chemical experiments and strive to improve the teaching quality.
In the classroom teaching, we make full use of the advantages of chemical experiments and carefully organize experimental teaching. In the demonstration experiment, we not only conduct the demonstration operation according to the basic operation requirements, but also guide the purposeful observation of the experimental phenomena, and can design some questions to let the students observe and think in the experiment, and guide the students to explore the essence of substances and the laws of chemical changes according to the experimental phenomena. We also supplement the experiment in combination with the contents of the teaching materials, enhance the effect of the experiment, enhance the practicality and interest of the experimental contents, stimulate the students' interest in the experiment, give play to the students' subjectivity, enhance the students' consciousness of active participation, and improve the students' ability to analyze and solve problems by analyzing and summarizing the experimental phenomena.
3、 Do a good job in the final review and strive for good results in the HKCEE.
The quality of the final review will directly affect the results of the HKCEE. Therefore, we can carry out the final review in a planned and purposeful manner. At each stage, we should have a clear idea of what to review, and strictly select the practice questions and test questions for review. Tutor and practice the subjects at different levels, and increase the capacity and difficulty of Extra-curricular Work for students who have spare power to learn, so as to adapt to the test questions; For students with poor acceptance ability, we are patient and meticulous, and never tire of asking questions. We often use the extra-curricular time at noon to give them guidance. In order to improve the pass rate of the HKCEE, we have been working hard. At the same time, we basically accept and correct all students' homework, and do a good job in each evaluation. Based on the feedback, we will learn the students' mastery of knowledge in a timely manner, do a good job in guidance and improvement, and constantly strive to improve the HKCEE results.
