课题：They Are Going To The Zoo

1、基本情况分析
（1）学生情况分析:学生在Book2的Module 2里学生已经接触过Animal的话题，在Book5的Module 2学生又学习了有关动物的Abilities的内容，对这类话题学生都会比较感兴趣。学生在单词学习方面已经形成了一套方法，所以放手自学和加以点拨相结合进行单词教学，句型方面，学生也有一定的基础。
（2） 教材简析 ：本课有已学过的句型Do you like…?My favourite…is…?和Would you like to…?，课文只有Don’t…是全新的，文中的单词有些还是学过的，课文篇幅比较短，因此，可以把动物部分单词提前学习，并且直接进入对话。
2、教学目标
（1）知识与能力：
词汇
四会：panda、bear、polar bear、lion、elephant、snake、say、says、forget
三会：giraffe、deer
短语：See you tomorrow.
句型：Don’t…
Do you like…?
（2）过程与方法：能用英语说本课要掌握的词汇；能用句型Don’t…规劝别人不要做某事；能理解、朗读课文。通过学习动物词汇，学会归类总结记忆单词。
（3）情感态度与价值观：通过学习课文，学习遵守公共规则；
培养学生热爱动物、保护动物和爱护环境的意识。
3、教学重难点：让学生掌握本课的语言知识；让学生运用本课所学的知识和技能规劝别人不要做某事。
4、教学准备：图片、多媒体等直观教具
5、教学过程：
（一）热身与准备
多媒体出示动物园的图片：What place is this?What can you see in the zoo? Now,let’s play a game:guess animals
1、I can fly in the sky…——bird (贴图)
2、I can jump and I can swim…——flog(贴图)
3、I can jump very far and very high…——kangaroo
4、I can climb trees…——monkey
5、I eat grass and I can call“mie~mie~”（引出下一环节）
（二）呈现和操练
1、故事引入，句型：Do you like…。
出示亚运吉祥物：祥和如意and 乐洋洋：
Who are they?They are mascot of Guangzhou Asian Games.
Do you like them?Do you like animals?(板书：Do you like …)
2、揭示课题
They like animals too.So ,they are going to the zoo.(板书：They Are Going To The Zoo)
Would you like to come to the zoo tomorrow with them.（板书：Would you like to…）
3、学习动物单词
Many animals are in the zoo.Do you know them?(出示图片panda,bear,polar bear,lion,elephant,giraffe,deer,snake)
（1）组织四人小组自学单词：Tell your parner in a groud:What are they?
（2）汇报拼读，老师指导 ：Who can tell me?
（3）二人小组记忆单词，并汇报如何记忆。
（4）游戏：做动作，猜单词.
请学生看着老师给出的图做动作，其他学生猜。
4、句型训练
What’s your favourite animals?(板书：What’s your favourite …?）回答：My favourite animal is…
Show me your picture of your favourit animal.
That’great!So beatuful! 每个学生展示课前自己画好的画，同桌二人就图画运用Do you like …和What’s your favourite animals?句型造对话。
5、学习对话
（1）金太阳播放对话。
Xiaoling and Janet like animal too.They are going to the zoo too.Listen carefully,and answer my question.
Question:What’s Janet’s favourite animal?Can they take some food to feed the animals in the zoo?So we say to them:Don’t feed the animals in the zoo.
（2）学习句型“Don’t…？”（板书：Don’t …+V.）同时，学习单词“say”。
（3）跟老师读，对话里还有哪里是用了Don’t…？
（4）分角色读。
（三）巩固和发展
1、单词练习
(1)It’s very tall.It has a long neck and four long legs.（giraffe）
(2)It’s big.It has two big ears and long nose.(elephant)
(3)It is long.It has on legs.(snake)
(4)It comes from China.It’s black and white,it’s looks like a bear.(panda)
2.句型练习
广州近年来都发生了翻天覆地的变化，Leyangyang will take us to visit Guangzhou after the zoo.现在我们就一起来为广州亚运做点好事。Use“Don’t…”make a sentence.

7、教学反思：
本节课运用温故知新、循序渐进和创设情境等方法，配合多媒体与动作、表情，激发学生的学习兴趣，同时在活动中，既有独立学习，也有小组合作。
（1）以亚运为契机，创设情境引入新课，以谈论动物为题材，通过游戏猜动物激发学生学习的兴趣。
（2）以Phonice为指导，通过图片和动作，放手让学生自己学习单词，这样可以帮助学生加深记忆。同时，通过做动作猜动物的游戏充分调动起学生学习的积极性，让学生主动投入学习。
本节课在学习单词上花的时间太多了，由于学生还停留在拼读阶段，其实五年级的学生在掌握了Phonice的方法以后，应该对新单词脱口而出，这样可以节省时间，把时间留在句型学习和语篇学习上，语篇学习才是五年级的重点。由于时间控制的不好，在难点突破上还没能到达预期的效果，就是新句型还没能在创设的情境下运用。
