教材依据:人教版<Go for it>七年级上册预备单元第三单元<What color is it>第三课时
教材分析:预备篇第三单元“What color is it?”是一个承上启下的单元,它紧密围绕“询问颜色”这一话题,把字母、有关颜色的日常交际用语、词汇和结构有机地结合起来,给我们展示了一幅幅真实的生活画面,有效而全面地复习了预备篇前三单元的内容。通过预备篇的学习,既便于提高学生知识水平和文化素养,一定程度改善学生英语水平参差不齐的状况,做好中小学英语教学的衔接,也便于进行审美、情趣等方面的教育,发展学生创新情感、创新想象、创新意识以及合作意识。为初中乃至以后的英语学习奠定良好的基础。
教学目标
通过本单元教学,使学生能运用所学知识熟练描述物体的颜色,同时进一步学习分辨物体的用语,并加以运用;能发表个人观点,努力解决问题;能学会与他人合作与交流;能运用多种手段为英语学习服务
教学设计:

Step l: Greeting
T: Good morning, class!
How are you?
(营造一种轻松的氛围,帮助学生尽快进入上课状态,为后面的教学做好铺垫)
Step2: Lead—in
Review the lesson learned by asking the students to say out the twenty—six letters in right orders.
Take a pen in hand and say: What’s this in English? What color is it?(引导学生回忆上节课学过的句子课单词,用钢笔这个单词做影子,相对简单,学生很容易回想起来,并乐意回答老师提出的问题)
Check their answers and then ask them to talk about their own things like this.
Step3: Presentation
1. Pairwork
1et the students practice sentences in last classes by asking like the following:
A:What’s this? B:Is it a “pen”?
A:Yes。it is.Can you spell it? B:Yes.P-E-N,PEN.
A:You are right.
Then check their conversations with the whole class.Correct their pronunciation immediately.(提供给学生自由表达的时间,然学生用手边的物品,编写对话,既是对前面所学单词和句型的巩固练习,有为接下来的听力听物品涂颜色打下伏笔)
2:Listen and repeat
Lead students to talk about things in activity 3a, and listen to the tape, color the things. If it’s a little difficult, play again, they can write down the words first and then try to color them.
Listen again and repeat following the tape, after this complete the sentences in 3b.
Check their work by asking them to read their sentences one by one,
Explain “the” to students.
Play the tape again, students try to write down the three things and then play again they get each of their colors. Check their answers and repeat until thy can talk about them correctly.(听力练习要达到听说同步的效果,通过听学生学习单词的发音和句子的语调,帮学生为进一步学习英语打下基础)
3. Free talk time
Get students ask and answer anything they have and then try to show their talk to us. Let’s find out the little English speaker. Encourage them to speak more.(这是对学生对本节课内容掌握情况的检验,鼓励学生大胆说出英语,树立学习英语的自信心,同时激发学生学习兴趣)
Step 4: Summary and homework
Today we learned how talk about things around you and their colors. Everyone did well. I hope you can do better. You homework is to talk about your own things like we learned today.
