mr.chairman，
首先，我愿祝贺阿根廷就任2011年77国集团主席。我相信，在阿根廷的领导下，77国集团和中国在新的一年里将继续团结一致，加强磋商，在国际事务中发挥更加重要的作用。
attheoutset，iwouldliketocongratulateargentinaforassumingthechairmanshipofthegroupof77.iamconfidentthatinthenewyear，undertheleadershipofargentina，thegroupof77andchinawillmaintainsolidarity，furtherstrengthenconsultationandplayamoreimportantroleininternationalaffairs.我也想借此机会，向去年77国集团主席也门表示敬意，对奥赛迪大使及其同事的出色工作表示感谢。过去一年里，在也门的领导下，77国集团和中国积极、深入参与联合国千年发展目标等一系列高级别会议以及《联合国气候变化框架公约》第16次缔约方大会等重要国际会议，推动会议取得积极成果，维护和促进了发展中国家整体利益，提高了发展中国家在国际事务中的影响力。
ialsowishtotakethisopportunitytoextendmytributetoyemen，chairmanofthegroupof77forlastyear，andmythankstoambassadoral-saidiandhiscolleaguesfortheiroutstandingwork.in2010，undertheleadershipofyemen，thegroupof77andchinaactivelyanddeeplyengagedinthehigh-levelplenarymeetingofthegeneralassemblyonthemillenniumdevelopmentgoals，the16thconferenceofpartiesoftheunfccc，andotherunhigh-levelconferencesandimportantinternationalmeetings，andpushedforpositiveresultsforthemeetingsandconferences.theseeffortshavepreservedandpromotedtheoverallinterestsofdevelopingcountries，andincreasedtheleverageofdevelopingcountriesininternationalaffairs.展望2011年，金融危机的深远影响还将持续，世界经济复苏进程仍将艰难曲折，气候变化、能源安全、粮食安全、公共卫生等全球性问题依然突出。广大发展中国家，尤其是最不发达国家，仍面临发展经济、摆脱贫穷、实现千年发展目标、应对气候变化等艰巨任务。发展中国家应进一步加强在国际事务中的协调与配合，携手应对困难与挑战，推动国际社会认真落实发展领域的共识与承诺。
in2011，theprofoundimpactofthefinancialcrisisisexpectedtolinger，theworldeconomicrecoverywillremainanuphillbattle，andglobalissuessuchasclimatechange，energysecurity，foodsecurityandpublichealthwillcontinuetoposeseriouschallengestomankind.developingcountries，especiallytheldcs，arestillfacedwiththearduoustasksofgrowingtheeconomy，eradicatingpoverty，achievingthemdgs，andtacklingclimatechange.developingcountriesneedtofurtherstrengthencoordinationandcooperationininternationalaffairs，worktogethertocopewithdifficultiesandchallenges，andpushfortheinternationalcommunitytodeliveronitsconsensusandcommitmentsinthefieldofdevelopment.
2011年是联合国可持续发展大会筹备的关键一年，第四届联合国最不发达国家大会以及《联合国气候变化框架公约》第17次缔约方大会等也将相继举行。这些会议均涉及发展中国家重大切身利益。77国集团和中国应早做准备，加强磋商与协调，充分利用集团整体优势，积极引导和推动全球发展议程和气候变化谈判，维护和加强联合国在发展领域的领导权，提高全球治理的包容性、有效性和透明度。
theyear2011willbeacriticalyearforthepreparationoftheunconferenceonsustainabledevelopment.thefourthunconferenceontheldcsandthe17thconferenceofpartiesoftheunfcccwillalsobeheldin2011.thesemeetingsallbearontheimportantandimmediateinterestsofdevelopingcountries.thegroupof77andchinashouldmakepreparationswellinadvance，strengthencoordinationandconsultation，makefulluseofthestrengthofsynergy，steerandpromotetheglobaldevelopmentagendaandclimatechangenegotiations，maintainandenhancetheleadershiproleoftheunitednationsinthefieldofdevelopment，andstrengthentheinclusiveness，effectivenessandtransparencyofglobalgovernance.
中国高度重视77国集团和中国这一合作机制。在新的一年里，中国将一如既往，继续加强与77国集团的协调与合作，全力支持主席的工作。为此，中国政府今年将继续捐款4万美元，支持77国集团主席办公室和秘书处的工作。
