上海通用汽车有限公司零部件条形码规范 The vehicle components barcode standard of SGM Co. Ltd (1.04 版) 1. 总则 General Principles 1.1 范围::Area 本规范包含的条形码适用于SGM汽车零部件验证系统(VCVS)和可追溯性系统。 The barcode included in this standard is valid for all the VCVS(Vehicle Components verification System) and traceability system of SGM. 2. 标签Label 2.1 条形码Barcode: 条形码格式为C39码 或C128码,可数字字母混合。它的数据字符集包含38个字符: 0-9,A-Z,- 和空格。(推荐使用128码) The format of barcode is C39 or C128, which can be mix of the numbers and characters . Its media character set includes 38 character:0-9,a-z and space.(Recommendition:C128) 2.2 条形码密度和尺寸:Density and Size 条形码的重要参数是窄元素的平均宽度(条形和空格)与宽元素平均宽度的比例,可根据特殊应用要求改变条码高度。除非另有说明,条码最小高度必须为9.5 MM 。 用于SGM汽车零部件验证系统(VCVS)和可追溯性系统部件的窄元素平均宽度必 须在0.21MM 和0.3MM范围之内,由于工艺能力的允许误差在正负0.025MM.宽窄元 素比例必须为3:1,并允许在2.8:1和3.2:1范围内变化. 注:根据条形码15位信息格式,最小长度必须为43MM。 The vital parameter of code is the proportion of the average width of narrow element and wide element, which may change the barcode height according to the certain demand. Hence, if no other specify , the lowest height of barcode must be 9.5 MM. All the average width of narrow element available in VCVS and traceability system must fall in the scale between 0.21MM and 0.3 MM. Because the craft ability allows the difference of 0.025 more or less. The proportion of narrow element must be 3 to 1, and allows the variation between 2.8 to 1 and 3.2 to 1. Note: according to the 15 digit information format of barcode, the shortest length must be 43 MM. 2.3 可读说明:Readable Description 条形码的可读说明必须代表条码编码的字符,必须出现在条形码的正上方或正下方, 推荐的可读说明字符是OCR-A,可读说明字符高度不低于2.4MM The readable description of barcode must represent the character of the coding, putting above or below the barcode. The recommended readable description character , the height of which is not lower than 2.4MM or the character is OCR-A. 2.4 空白区:Blank Area: 条形码左右两头空白区最少应为6.5MM,上下空白区最少1MM,对于大件部件如前、 后悬架总成,上下空白区最少2MM The blank area on the right and left side of barcode should at least 6.5MM, the above and the bottom not lower that 1MM. As to those bigger component, for example front or rear suspension, the above and the bottom side of blank area should be at least 2MM. 3. 标签材料:label material 3.1 标签材料 条形码可以印制在不同的标签材料如纸,聚酯或金属上,对标签材料和相关联的胶水的选择基于应用和工程性能的要求。零部件供应商应根据SGM要求选择标签材料,使得标签固定到最后零件外形上以供扫描时,能满足规范的条件及工程要求。对供应商提供的零部件在SGM总装后标签暴露在外的,应使用聚酯标签材料。要求在零件正常使用中不脱落. Barcode can be printed on different label materials such as paper, polyester or metal surface while the choice of the label material and relative glue is based on the applicable and engineering demand. According to the different demand of SGM, the suppliers need to choose variable label material in order to meet the needs of the standard condition and engineering demand when all the components fixed on the finished components figure are being scanned. If those components barcode provided by the supplier are always explosive outside after installed in SGM, The polyester label material must be used. require not to shed when parts are in normal using. 3.2 墨水:ink: 在制作条形码标签时可使用两种墨水,制作条码数据时要求用可读墨水,条形码数据背景必须用不可读墨水。不可读墨水是任一种对条形码扫描设备来说与条形之间的空格一样作用的墨水。可读墨水通常为黑色颜料为基础的墨水,用来打印条形码标签,必须使用不渗透的墨水. When making barcode label, we may choose two kinds of ink; one is readable ink for making barcode data and the other is nonreading ink for making background of barcode data. Nonreadable ink is the one having the same effect as the blank one between the barcode when scanned by any barcode scanning equipment. However, readable ink choose the pigment black as the based ink; moreover it must use unseeping ink when printed for code label. 4.打印标签要求 Requirement of printing label 4.1 打印设备print equipment 使打印出来的条形码清晰,应使用激光打印机或专用条码打印机,例HP 4000P 激光打印机 ,Zebra 140 XII 条码打印机。 To make the code printed clear, we should use laser printer or professional label printer. For example HP 4000P laser printer, Zebra 140 XII label printer. 4.2 质量保证要求quality assurance requirement 供应商应建立质量保证程序,以保证标签质量和本规范的要求。应包括当SGM零件或图号发生变更时,由断点引起的相应条形码变化,条形码标签批准和修改,条形码标签打印质量检验。 Suppliers should establish the program of quality assurance to ensure the quality of label and requirement of this standard. It includes the approval and amendment of code when SGM component or chart marks alter so as to induce the change of relative barcode because of breakpoint and the quality test when they print barcode label. 4.3 打印质量检查要求 Requirement of printing quality check 比例符号级别以及给出的尺寸的测量。对打印的条形码检查应该由以下部分组成:检查正确的信息编码,对条形和空格宽度. 供应商每个零件的初始条形码应经SGM采购部和IT部确认. All the code test of printing should compose of the following portions: checking the correct of Information coding, surveying the width of code and blank, the grade of proportion sign and the provided size. Each original barcode of supplier's parts should be authenticated by purchasing team and IT team in SGM. 5.条形码信息格式:format of code information 5.1 零部件验证 (VCVS)和可追溯性 VCVS and traceability 零部件验证 (VCVS)和可追溯性条形码目的是用来确保正确制造的同时,按特定的车辆标识码在整个制造和装配过程中追溯总成或部件,还应用在车辆售后服务中。车辆部件认证系统(VCVS)可以标识变长度的可追溯性文档信息格式,全部信息可以包含在一个条形符号中。 可追溯性信息必须由7个固定码和最多8个额外位置组成。8个位置用于序列号码,生产日期或任何供应商为了高效率追溯部件而认为所需的数据变换或组合编码。7个固定码必须按顺序由2个字母为部件标识符,4个零件号(不足4位必须用空格补充,大于4位的零件号取最后4位,动力总成件可沿用GM标准)和1个供应商代码组成, 要求同一种零件供货的多个供应商<包括历史的>必须有不同的供应商代码。在不重复的条件下,建议使用供应商名称的第一个汉语拼音大写字母。如果不使用单件可追溯性,可以公共条形码可追溯性数据标识所发货的零件。供应商有责任维护记录,以支持这些特定的可追溯性零件数据及方法。 可追溯性部分的数据(位置7到最大位置15)不应包含任何空格代码。例如如果生产日期“3”以两个位置标识,应编码为“03”而不是“空格3”。可追溯性数据应该按部件,以固定长度并且以右对齐格式,不足处以“0”填充。 如果供应商已执行GM 的VCVS 类型2 条形码标准,因GM标准与本标准基本一致,供应商可继续执行GM 标准。(但是可追溯性部分的数据(位置8到最大位置15)长度应为8位)。 The purpose of VCVS and traceability assures the exactness of production, plays the role of tracing integrated parts or components in the whole course of producing and assembling duration according to the identification code of certain vehicles, and is also used for the after service. VCVS may mark the format of document information of traceablity in length changes. The whole information can be included into one code sign. Traceability information must contain 7 fixed digits and not more than 8 additional digits. The 8 digits is used for serial number, producing date or any supplier’s requested data alteration and combined code for high efficiency of traceability. The 7 digits must compose of 2 letters as component identifier, 4 as component number(using blank as supplement for those less than 4 digits while only taking the last 4 digit for those more than 4) and 1 as supplier’s code. It requires the different supplier’s code for the same components offered by several suppliers(including history). On the condition of non repeating, it suggests using the first capital letter of Chinese pinyin of supplier’s name. If not using the single traceablity, it may also use public code of traceability data to mark those in stock. Suppliers should take the responsibility to maintain all the record to support these certain data of traceability component and methods. All the data of traceability(length from 8 to 15 at most) shouldn’t cover any blank code. For example, if using two digits to mark the producing date “3”, IT should cod as “03” not “blank 3”. The format of component traceability data is fix length,rigth ,the space be filled with “0” If suppliers have performed the type 2 barcode standard of GM for VCVS, Suppliers can continue perform GM barcode standard . as SGM VCVS barcode standard is same GM standard. 零部件验证和可追溯性标签条形码: VCVS and barcode of traceability label *645373H46290144* *645373H46290144* 64 5373 H 46290144 可追溯性号码 (最大8个字符) traceability number (Max. 8 characters) 供应商代码 1位 (第7位) supplier code 1 byte ( 7 th..) 零部件号码4位 compinent code t 4 byte 部件标识码 compontent identifier 可追溯性号码:traceability number 第 8 位: 年 例:3 表示2003 年, 年份代码见附录二《年份代码表》 8 th. Byte: year example: 3 indicates 2003 year. See appendix: year code sheet 第 9 位: 月 可表示为1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,A,B,C各表示各月份(A: 10月,B:11月, C: 12月) 9 th.byte : month 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,A,B,C can be selected as month (A: Oct. B: Nov. C: Dec.) 第10-11位: 天 必须以2位表示天,如是1-9 号必须用 01-09表示 10-11 th byte: day . take 2 byte to indicates day. 01-09 indicates day 1-9 第12-15位: 零部件当天生产序列号 ,不足4位用0补齐。例序列号为2应表示为0002 12-15 th. Byte. Indicates parts serial number .Space filled with “0” if not 4 digits length example: 2 should be 0002 5.2 条形码数据 code data 工程部统一提供,对《可追溯性号码》数据一般按零部件当天生产年月日和序列号确定。条形码中《部件标识码》,《零部件号码》和《供应商代码》的数据由SGM确定。一旦各供应商所供应的零部件条形码数据确定之后,对条形码的任何修改,包括改变标签位置的请求,需获得SGM工程部的重新确认。供应商代码由SGM采购部确定,推荐采用供应商名称第一个英文字母(同种零部件如有二个以上供应商,则不充许供应商代码重复。) Data in “Component Identifiers” “Components Number” “Suppliers’ Code” are provided by Engineering Department, and data in “Traceability Number” is usually based on the exact producing date. Once all the code data of all the suppliers’ components are fixed, it inquires obtaining the reconfirmation of SGM engineering department for any amendment of code including the alteration of the label position. Suppliers' code should be decided by purchasing team in SGM and we suggest to utilize the first English letter of each supplier as supplier’s code (Don't allow repeat of supplier's code for same parts.) 5.3 零部件上位置 position of components 零部件总成图纸标注每个零部件条形码标签的位置,零部件条形码标签应附着于每一个零部件在指定的位置上。具体的位置由SGM工程部(听取总装车间的意见)与供应商协商并在有关图纸上确定,该位置应能在正常生产过程中容易地扫描并各方都同意的区域。 对于新产品设计零件部件图纸时具体条码位置还无法确定的,可由工程部和总装车间在产品调试过程中再逐步确定条形码位置,由工程部会同采购部和供应商协商。 如果找不到合适的位置,经SGM工程部批准,可以设计和使用可卸的,背面不含胶的,条形码数据打印在硬性卡片上的标签。 Each position of components barcode label should be marked on the blueprint of components design draw the label should stick on the appointed position on each component. The details may be fixed after our negotiation suggestion of SGM engineering (including suggestion from assembly shop ) and suppliers. This position should fall in the area that is easy to scan during the common production and also got the agreement from related department.
