Two thirds of the singles looking for love in Britain turned to the Internet last year, according to figures made in public yesterday. My older sister filled out thirteen college applications. She sent them all around the country—to Seattle, Chicago, Philadelphia and Houston etc. Then she sat back and waited for the replies, for the big fat envelopes, confident in her perfect grades.
