1 会听说读写单词：game, smell, meat, vegetable, tomato。
2 初步掌握现在进行时的一般疑问句的构成及肯定否定回答。
基本技能：
1 能够根据Story time进行复述，或是根据自己的家庭小故事进行改编。
2 能自如运用现在进行时的一般疑问句对某一活动进行问答。
综合素质：
1通过情景的创设，让学生感受英语学习的生活化。
2 让学生对父母常怀感激之情。

1 读准vegetable, tomato, meat等新单词。
2 学生能够复述课文内容。

Step 1 Warming up
1 Can you guess?
T: Are you reading?
S: No, I’m not.
T: Are you standing?
S: Yes, I am.
S: Are you…?
T: Yes, I am. / No, I’m not.

Step 2 Presentation
1 出示图片，教学：It’s Yummy! 和vegetable
2 Read and guess 教学：tomato, potato, bread
3 Can you read? 复习前面的教学内容

Step 3 Story time
1 出示图片，跟读引言部分，了解课文背景。
2 Watch and answer 看动画片回答问题：
1. Who is washing vegetables?
2. Is Liu Tao looking for any bread in the fridge?
3. Does Liu Tao like the meat?
3 Read and choose 自读58页对话，选择正确答案：
1. Who is cooking meat with potatoes?
A. Mr Liu B. Mrs Liu
2. Who wants to cook tomato soup?
A. Mr Liu B. Mrs Liu
4 跟录音，朗读第一段对话
5 Read and judge 自读课文第二段，判断对错：
1. Liu Tao is looking for some juice in the fridge.
2. There is some apple juice in the fridge.
6跟录音，朗读第二段对话
7 Read and answer 自读课文第三段，回答问题：
How’s the meat?
How’s the soup?
8 Let’s read 以小组为单位选择一种喜欢的方式读课文

Step 5 Homework
1.听录音，朗读课文三遍。
