卷帘门安装作业指导书Installation instruction of roll-up shutter卷帘门包括防火卷帘门和普通卷帘门。普通卷帘门的传动方式有手动、电动与手动组合传动两种。电动兼手动式的，在正常情况下用电动启闭，当遇到临时停电或其他意外时，则可用手动开闭。operated by manual and electric combine manual, in normal way it is operated by electric,by manual when face power cut.1、卷帘门安装施工准备 Preparation for installation 洞口准备： Preparation for wall to wall a、检查洞口尺寸与卷帘门尺寸是否相符，卷帘门预留洞口的尺寸，可按3m洞口选用，一般洞口宽度和高度均不宜超过5m。 Checking wall to wall whether consist with door size,the size of wall to wall is 3m, normally,the height and width of wall to wall dont exceed 5m.b、检查洞口的导轨预埋件和支架预埋的位置、数量是否正确。 Check the location and quantity of the track pre-built-in and bracket pre-built-in iron. 辅助材料准备：预埋铁件、连接垫板、膨胀螺栓、射钉、螺钉、电焊条及防火装置等。 Subsidiary material: pre-built-in iron, connect plate,expension bolt,shoot nail,screw, electric welding strip and fireproof device etc. 机具准备：电焊机、手电锯、冲击电钻、射钉枪、手锤、铁凿、螺丝刀、水平尺、铁角尺、钢卷尺、吊线坠、粉线包及电工用具等。 Tools: electric welding machine, shoot nail gun, electric saw, electric drill,iron chisel,iron hammer, screwdriver, level ruler, steel roll ruler, angle ruler, line bag，plummet and other electric tools. 作业条件 Work conditiona、已按设计规范设计的卷帘门，按其型号查阅该产品说明书并熟悉电气原理图。According to roll-up shutter model to check product specification and be familiar with electric theory.b、检查卷帘门及其零附件的质量和表面处理，均应达到了合格水平。 Check quality and surface condition of shutter surfacecondition and its parts ,all of them must check out.c、对卷帘门和零部件的各部位基本尺寸进行测量，与设计院要求一致。 To meet design institute requirement, measure all round basic size of the shutter and its parts,4、卷帘门的安装形式 Roll-up shutter installation 洞中安装：卷帘门安装在墙体中间，即装在洞中，帘片可向内侧或外侧卷起。（见图5） Middle installation: shutter be installed in the middle of the wall,shutter can Roll up both inside and outside.(see figure 5) 洞侧安装：卷帘门安装在墙体侧面，即装在洞外（或洞里），帘片向外侧卷起。（见图6） Side installation: shutter be installed at the side of wall,thats outside/inside of wall hole , shutter Roll up outside.导轨的安装形式，有埋入式（导轨内装）和外露式（导轨外装）两种。防火卷帘门的安装，一般是焊接在洞口墙体的预埋铁件上。Track can be installed inside and outside,normally,firproof shutter be welded with pre-built-in parts which in the wall body.5、卷帘门安装流程 Installation steps:普通卷帘门的安装工艺与防火卷帘门的安装工艺大同小异，只是防火卷帘的安装较普通卷帘安装要复杂一些。防火卷帘门还需装配温感、烟感、光感报警控制系统及水幕喷淋装置。一旦遇有火情，防火卷帘门可自动报警、自动喷淋、自动落门，具有综合防火性能。Normal shutter installation steps almost the same as the fireproof shutter installation ,but the fireproof shutter need assemble temperature detector,smoke detector,light detector alarm and water spray device, once catch fire, the water spray device will function automatically,the shutter will drop automatically,the fireproof shutter has comprehensive fireproof function.下面以防火卷帘门为例，叙述其安装方法和调试顺序。The follow are the installation method and adjustment sequence for the fireproof roll-up shutter. 测量、弹线：按照设计规定位置，复核洞口尺寸，定出地坪标高线和吊顶标高线；弹出导轨的安装位置线；弹出传动支架垂直线和卷筒体的中心线。Measure and line marking:according to design location to check wall to wall size,mark the height between floor and top,mark the track installation location,mark the vertical line of the convey bracket and the center line of roll bucket. 安装卷筒：先将链轮连接板焊接在主支架板上。用支架角钢焊接（或膨胀螺栓固定）于墙体预埋铁件（或混凝土墙）上；将主副支架板焊接在支架角钢中间；然后安装卷轴，紧固螺丝，需确保卷轴与支架板垂直。 roll bucket installation: weld the connect plate on main bracket plate,and then weld the angle iron (or fix by expansive bolt)to pre-built-in parts(or concrete wall),weld the main bracket plate and sub-main bracket plate into the middle of the angle iron,then install roll axis,tighten screws ,and ensure uprightness between axis and bracket plate. 安装传动设备：安装减速器和驱动部分，必须将坚固件镶紧，不得有松动现象。 convey device installation:the fastness must be tightened, when install reducer and driver device. 安装电控系统：首先应熟悉并掌握电气原理图，然后根据产品说明书安装。 Electric control system installation: firstly, be familiar with the electric theory drawing,then according to products specification to install it. 空载试车：在安装好传动系统和电气控制系统后，尚未装上帘板之前，应接线进行空载试车。卷筒必须转动灵活，调试减速器使其转速适宜。 No carry test:when finish the convey device and electric control system installation,before curtain plate insallation,plese test the flexible of roll bucket and the speed of the reducer. 安装帘板：将吊脚穿上三到五片帘片，再固定于卷轴上；然后穿帘片与底梁。帘板两端的缝隙应均等，不许有擦边现象。 curtain plate installation: connect 3-5 curtain plates by top connect plate,and then fix them on the roll axis,then connect curtain plates and bottom beam,the gap between the curtain plates must keep sameness. 安装导轨：根据已弹好的导轨安装位置线，若是钢结构或有预埋铁件墙体，就将导轨焊牢于洞口两侧及上方钢构或预埋铁件上，并焊成一体；若是混凝土墙体，则用膨胀螺丝将泥脚固定于墙体上，再将导轨点焊在泥脚上，调整垂直度，然后进行固定，两侧导轨必须在同一垂面上，并做好防锈处理。 Track installation:for steel structure wall or pre-built-in iron wall ,weld the track into steel structure wall or pre-built-in iron,for concrete wall,fix the bottom connect plate by expansive bolt,then weld the track into bottom connect plate, adjust its uprightness then fix it,and rustproof handle. 安装箱罩：用膨胀螺丝连接泥脚固定在墙体上（混凝土墙体）或泥脚直接焊接于墙体上（钢结构墙体）；对于整体式箱罩，将箱罩边角钢与泥脚焊接即可。对于拼装式箱罩，用角钢做支架焊接在泥脚及结构上，做到支架垂直水平，再将帘片或平板铆钉于骨架上，最后用包角将边接缝收口。 Box cover installation: connet the bottom connect plate with wall (concrete wall)by expansive bolt or weld the bottom connect plate into wall(steel structure).for integrative box cover, weld the box cover angle steel into bottom connect plate.for medley box cover, weld the angle steel into bottom connect plate,then fix the curtain on the framework,at last, close up the joint. 安装限位块：安装限位装置和行程开关，并调整弹簧，使其松紧程度合适。 location restrict device installation:install restrict device and button,adjust the spring to the suitable condition. 安装喷淋系统：水幕喷淋系统包括火灾探测报警器、报警控制阀、消防电磁阀、雨淋阀、水幕喷淋系统：水幕喷淋系统包括火灾探测报警器、报警控制阀、消防电磁阀、雨淋阀、水幕喷头、水力警铃、压力开关及水流指示器等装置。安装好喷淋系统后，应与总控制系统接通。（适用于防火卷帘） Water spray system installation:this system include fire detector alarm,alarm control valve, fire fightingelectromagnetic valve,rain valve,sprayer, hydraulic alarm,pressure button and water flow indicator etc.,connect the head control system after finish installation.(for fireproof roll-up shutter). 接线调试：先通过手拉链条手动试运行，再用电动机启闭卷帘门数次，并做好相应的调整，直至启闭无卡住、无阻滞、无异常噪声等弊病为止。全部调试符合要求后，装上防护罩。 Connection test:at first,manual operation through chain ,then operate it by electricity for several times till it has no noice,no block and operate smoothly,then install the shield. 粉刷面层：最后装饰门洞口面层，并将门体周围全部擦、扫干净。 Surface stucco: stucco wall to wal surface and clean its surroundings.6、卷帘门安装注意事项 Roll-up shutter installation note: 卷帘门安装必须牢固，帘板应开闭流畅。 Shutter must be firm installed, and smooth open/close of curtain plate. 为了牢固起见，安装导轨应尽量焊在洞口的预埋铁件上，也可用M12130的膨胀螺栓固定。电动卷帘门洞口墙体若系砌筑结构时，导轨需用穿墙螺栓固定，或按设计规定安装。 For fastness consideration,track weld into pre-built-in iron or fix by M12130 expansive bolt,if there is brick wall, before track installation,fix the it by bolt or install it according to design requirement. 卷帘门的帘板有反正之分，安装时务必注意，以免装错返工。 The curtain distinguish obvers inverse,in order to avoid repeat work, please note it when installation. 卷帘轴的安装必须水平，同时，卷帘轴应与导轨槽垂直，以保障卷筒转动灵活。 Level install the shutter axis, at the same time, in order to ensure flexible operation, shutter axis must keep uprightness with track rabbet. 附设人行小门的卷帘门，小门应设置在门洞的左边或右边。欲开启卷帘门时，需将小门框卸下后，才能卷起帘板。 If shutter with small door,install the small door on the right/left,before open the shutter please move the small door frame.7、完工后事项 Work completion:、 清理现场余留的杂物，多余零件退还公司。Remove the site sundries, redundant parts return company.、完工后及时签完工单交与公司工程部，并在完工后15天内检查验收组报验，产品与数量要清楚。 Sign the work completion form and submit the form to engineering dept.,check and accept within 15 days.
