3、08 翻译服务规范 第1部分:笔译GB/T 19682-2005 翻译服务译文质量要求GB/T 30240.9-2017 公共服务领域英语译写规范 第9部分:餐饮住宿3术语和定义下列术语和定义适用于本文件。旅游餐饮餐饮企业为旅游者提供餐饮产品以及烹饪、调制、接待等服务的经营管理活动。晋菜以山西为发源地、以咸香、甜酸为风味特色、擅长多种烹饪技法、以传统面食为长的菜系。4基本要求应准确地表达原名称信息,无核心语义差异。用词应简洁、清晰,无繁复、累赘之感。术语应符合英语餐饮行业的标准或习惯,并前后一致。应根据翻译目的,恰当运用多种翻译策略。译名应符合英语词法和语法规则。5翻译方法主料为主、配料为辅法
