Step 1 Warm up
自我介绍：Today, I’d like to introduce a beautiful girl to you. She is Chinese. She is neither very tall nor very short. She is neither very fat nor very short. Do you know who she is?
She is Jessie. And I am Jessie. Nice to meet you all. Now I’d like to know you. Ask questions and introduce: This is …. He/She is …years old.

Step 2 Look and match
1. I have a good friend. Her name is YOYO White. Today, I’d like to introduce YOYO’s family to you. Now please look at this family photo.
2.引出：grandma, grandpa, father, mother, brother, sister, friend.
3.操练：反应：“father’s father”, “”mother’s mother”, “mother’s mother’s son” “father’s son” “father’s mother’s sister” “mother’s daughter ” “grandpa’s son”
4. 选词填空

Step 3 Introduction
1．用图片上的名字描述：
This is YOYO. She is 12 years old. She is American.
This is Jessie. She is 13 years old. She is Chinese.
This is Jack. He is 14 years old. She is French
This is Mary. .She is 40 years old. She is English.
引出国家和国籍
2．再操练一下国籍
3．让学生每人画一个自己最要好的朋友，然后一一介绍。

Step 4 Listening
让学生听磁带，做习题。

Step 5 Speaking
1. Canada Germany Singapore England China Japan America

2. 操练这些单词，让学生掌握，可以用闪卡，巨人脚等
3. 然后发卡片给每个学生，正面写国家，背面写职业：
让学生自己介绍：My name is …. I am … years old. I am from Canada. I am a student.
4. 操练课本当中的对话，并做替换练习。

Step 6 Reading
1. Today I’d like to introduce Joan’s sister Mary to you . She is only four years old. Now please read this passage and then do the following four exercises. I’ll give you three minutes. Please finish reading as quickly as possible.
2. 梳理一下文章,没有太难的词汇。
3. Read after the teacher.
4. 让学生分角色表演。

Step 7 Reading and writing
模仿例文写出一篇类似的文章。

Step 8 Self-check
让学生自我检测，并检查答案。

Unit 2 Would you like some watermelons?
Step 1 Warm up
带学生一起玩拍手游戏。围成一个圈，轮流说出两个字的水果或蔬菜。可以玩一轮英文的，学生应该很难进行下去，以此引入到今天的主题。

Step 2 Look and match
1． 用卡片或图片引出水果和食物的单词。用闪卡，金手指或其他游戏操练。
2． 让学生把单词写在相对应的图片下面。
3． 带三个苹果和一块面包，then ask, “How many apples are there?”
“Yes, there are three. Let’s count one, two, three. We can count. It’s a countable noun.”
“Now, next. Look at this. What’s this?”
“No, we can not say it’s a bread. We should say it’s a piece of bread. It’s an uncountable nouns.”
“I’ll ask you to write down the words on the blackboard. If you think it’s a countable noun, write down here. If you think it’s an uncountable noun, write down here. ”

Step 3 Conversation
1. Ask the students: “Would you like some watermelons/rice/carrots…?”
引导学生说：“Yes,please./ No, thank you.”

……
If it is a Chinese festival, please write it under China.

Make conversation according to the dialogue and the pictures.

Step 4 Listen and order
1. 首先复习时间的表达方式
画一个时钟或课前准备一个可以转动时针或分针的闹钟。把时间调到8：15，教学生用三种方式表达：
It’s eight fifteen.
It’s a quarter past eight.
It’s fifteen past eight.
半个小时之前用past, 半个小时之后的用to.
多操练一些时间的表达，让学生熟练掌握。
2． 听录音，做习题。

1. 老师引导学生熟练例文。
2. 用下面的词组做替换练习。
