The consideration of the present Letter of Subscription is the acceptance and consent to enter into the Investor Immigration Programme of the Republic of Ireland through the WeCare Investment Project Scheme.
对本认购函的审议，即接受并同意通过WeCare投资项目计划进入参与爱尔兰投资移民计划。
Such Investment Project compromises the development, construction, operation and management of Nursing Homes throughout the Republic of Ireland, with the aim to provide a highly demanded service in the Irish community.
本投资项目秉承为爱尔兰社区提供高需求服务的目标，在整个爱尔兰境内开发，建设，运营和管理养老院。
We/I:_________________________________ with passport number:_______________________ hereby accept to enter and follow the WeCare Investment Project Scheme with the objective of obtaining a Stamp 4 visa under the Investor Immigration Programme of the Republic of Ireland.
我们/我___________________________护照号为_______________________特此同意，以获得爱尔兰投资移民计划下的Stamp 4签证为目的，进入和遵循WeCare投资项目计划。
I understand the conditions and requirements that this implies and I accept the terms and conditions of the Scheme. Specially the purpose of the Investment (Nursing Homes) and the time of the investment allocation, which can be on any of the Investment Projects that WeCare currently develops.
我已了解此函所包含的条件和要求，并且接受此项目中的条款和条件。特别说明，投资（养老院项目）的目的和投资分配的时间适用于WeCare目前发展的任何投资项目。
I understand and consent that the allocation of the investment shall depend and fully rely on the time of availability of investment funds on my behalf and all necessary legal documents for the purpose of the application to Stamp 4 visa under the Investor Immigration Programme of the Republic of Ireland.
我已理解并同意此投资项目，以申请获得爱尔兰投资移民计划下的Stamp 4签证为目标，是根据并充分依照，我方的投资款以及所有必需法律文件的时效性进行分配。
Hereby I compromise to exercise the best efforts to obtain the aforementioned requirements as soon as is practicable possible. Additionally, upon signing the present Letter of Subscription, I will transfer the amount of ten thousand euros (€10,000.00) as Legal Fees – as stated and in accordance with the Engagement Letter with the Solicitor – and the amount of forty thousand euros (€40,000.00) as Management Fee.
在此，我承诺在实际可行时尽快备齐上述文件。另外，签署此认购函的同时，我将支付法律服务聘定协议中所述的一万欧元的律师费，以及四万欧元的管理费用。
Likewise, WeCare compromises to exercise the best efforts, under the Investment Project Scheme, to allocate the investment into the correspondent Investment Project as soon as it receives all the aforementioned requirements. Additionally, is understood and agreed that in the case that the Application for the Stamp 4 visa under the Investor Immigration Programme is denied, the Management Fee will be fully refunded.
同样，WeCare承诺采取最大努力，在投资项目计划下，一旦收到上述文件，把投资分配到相应投资项目。另外，了解以及同意，若申请爱尔兰投资移民项目下的Stamp 4签证申请被拒，管理费将被全部退回。
