CAD制图标准
Standard of CAD Drawings

为了使图纸更规范化，下面制定了一些相关的绘图规定：
To better manage drawing making, here below are some drawing rules:

1 图纸规定
Drawing Rules

1.1 图框及周边
Drawing Frame and Periphery

图框线用粗实线绘制，周边线用细实线绘制。
Drawing frame is to be made in continuous thick line, and the periphery is to be in continuous thin line.

1.2 标题栏
Title

外框用粗实线绘制，其右边和底边与图框线重合，其余用细实线绘制。填写的文字，除名称中文用5号字、英文用3.5号字外，其余中文用3号字、英文用2号字，其中图号、材料也用5号字。
Frame is to be made in continuous thick line, with its right and bottom line overlapping the drawing frame, others are to be made in continuous thin line. Title must be in size 5 for Chinese, and 3.5 for English, and text are to be written in size 3 for Chinese and 2 for English, drawing No. and material are also expected to be in size 5.

1.3 图号栏
Drawing No.

外框大小12×55，用细实线绘制，文字与标题栏中的图号文字一致(即5号字)。
Frame is to be made in the size of 12 X 55, in continuous thin line, text is to be in the same size (5) as the title.

1.4 明细栏
Specification

每增加一行，间隔9mm，字高：中文：3，英文：2.5，宽度≤0.75。
Row space is 9mm, character height:: 3 for Chinese, 2.5 for English, width≤0.75.

1.5 字体
Font

图纸中所采用的字体，除单位名称用楷体_GB2312外，其余用HZ(romans,hzjd)字体。
Except company name may use楷体_GB2312, all font in the drawings are requested to be in HZ(romans, hzjd)

1.6 图线
Drawing Line

1.6.1 图线分为粗细2种，粗线的宽度为0.35mm，细线的宽度为0.13mm。
Drawing line includes two types: thick line, with the width of 0.35mm; and thin line, with the width 0.13mm.

1.6.2 同一图样中，同类图线的宽度应基本一致。虚线、点划线及双点划线的线段长短和间隔应各自大致相等。
Lines for the same drawing shall be in the consistent width, dashed line, dotted line and double dotted line must be in the consistent length and space.

1.6.3 绘制圆的对称中心线时，应超出圆外2～5mm；首末两端应是线段而不是短划；圆心应是线段的交点。在较小的图形上绘制细点划线或双点划线有困难时，可用细实线代替。
Center line shall be 2-5mm outside the circle; the start and the end shall be in short continuous line instead of short dashed line; circle center must be the junction of the lines. When dotted thin line or double dotted thin line is too small to be drawn, it may be replaced with continuous thin line.

1.6.4 建议虚线与虚线（或其它图线）相交时，应线段相交；虚线是实线的延长线时，在连接处要离开。
Suggest the continuous part cross when dashed lines (or other lines) meet; dashed lines shall be apart from the continuous line when become the extension.

1.6.5 画局部放大图时，应用细实线圈出被放大部分的部位，并用罗马数字顺序地标记。在局部放大图的上方中间标注出相应的罗马数字和采用的比例。
When drawing needs to be partially enlarged, the enlarged part shall be marked out with continuous thin line and digital sequence. And the relevant digital sequence and the scale used shall be marked out on the upper center of the enlarged part.

1.7 尺寸标注
Dimension Label

尺寸标注用细实线绘制，尺寸数字字高与尺寸箭头大小一致：A4：2.5；A3：3.5。
Dimension label is to be made in continuous thin line, the arrow shall be in the same size as the digit height: A4：2.5；A3：3.5。

1.8 技术要求
Technical Requirement

技术要求书写采用细实线，字高：A4：2.8；A3：4。
Technical requirement shall be written in continuous thin line, character height: A4：2.8；A3：4.

1.9 图中的表格
Forms

一般情况下，字高与尺寸标注一致。如表格文字太多，可视情况而定。
Usually the character height shall be consistent with the dimension label. But if the text is too much, it may depend.

1.10 表面粗糙度
Surface Roughness

代号中数字的方向必须与尺寸数字的方向一致。对其中使用最多的一种代(符)号可以统一标注在图样右上角，并加注“其余”两字，且应比图形上其它代（符）号大1.4倍。
Digit in the symbol shall be in the same direction as dimension digit. And the most used symbol may be marked out in the right corner of the drawing, with remark of “Others”, and the size of 1.4 times larger than other symbols.

1.11剖切符号及箭头
Section Symbol and Arrow

剖切符号：粗线；箭头：细线。
Section symbol: bold line; arrow: thin line.

1.12 颜色：
Color:

1.12.1 粗线：白色
Bold line: white

1.12.2 细实线：洋红色
Continuous thin line: carmine

1.12.3 中心线(点划线)：红色
Center line (dotted line): red

1.12.4 双点划线：洋红色
Double dotted line: carmine

1.12.5 虚线：洋红色
Dashed line: carmine

1.12.6 螺纹线：洋红色
Helix: carmine

1.12.7 剖面线：黄色
Section line: yellow

1.12.8 尺寸标注：
文字：黄色； 尺寸线及箭头：黄色
Dimension label:
Text: yellow; dimension line and arrow: yellow

1.12.9 技术要求：绿色
Technical requirement: green

1.12.10 图框：
图框线：白色； 周边线：红色
Frame:

1.12.11标题栏：
线框：青色(外框是粗线，用白色)； 文字：绿色

2 工艺图规定
Technology Drawing Rules

工艺图的绘图规定可参照图纸规定，线型、颜色基本一致。工艺图纸里没有英文，且增加了工步、工艺内容，故字体大小有些改动，除名称用5号字外，其余都用3号字。装配卡中的规格用5号字，且明细栏每增加一行，间隔7mm，字高为3。
Technology drawing rules may refer to that for the general drawing, line, and color shall be consistent. There is no English in technology drawings, and process step and technology are added, therefore the font may change a bit: text to be in size 3 and title to be in size 5. text for assembly card shall be in size 5, and row space for specification shall be 7mm, character height: 3.

3 以上规定的几点说明
Notes

3.1 大致规则是：除图形中的图线、标注外，其余线条用青色，文字用绿色；
General rules: except drawing lines and labels, all lines are to be in cyan, and text is to be in green;

3.2 图纸中所有的图形、文字不要超出其规定的范围，特别是表格类的文字，不要超出其表格线。如文字太多，可适当增加一行，或缩短文字的宽度，视情况而定；
Graph and text shall not exceed the defined area, especially text in the form must not go out of the line. For example: if the text is too much, rows may be added, or the width of the text may be shortened, it all depends;

3.3 如图中出现其它的符号、标记，请参照以上的规定自行定义即可。
Other symbols or labels required may be defined according to the above rules.

3.4 以上规定中，白色代表粗线（宽度0.35mm），其它颜色均代表细线（宽度0.13mm），在打印时需设置一下各种颜色线的宽度；
In the above rules, white refers to bold line (width:0.35mm), other colors refer to thin line (width: 0.13mm), please set line width when printing;

3.5 由于我们打印出来的图纸都是A4纸张，为了使其规范，所以电子版本A3与A4图纸中的尺寸标注、技术要求等字高有些区别；
As drawings printed out are in A4, for better management, character height for dimension label and technical requirement in A3 and A4 electronic version may differ;

3.6 附件中给出了新的绘图模板，以便复制使用。绘图时需要改动的部分，其字体都是HZ(romans,hzjd)，其它不需要改动的文字字体、字高均按模板中的即可。复制模板后，应该注意检查整个图纸中文字（包括不需改动的文字）的字体、字高、宽度、位置等，以及各种图线的线型、颜色等。
Attached is the new drawing template, in case you may use it for copying. Font in it is in HZ (romans, hzjd), font, character height may remain as the template or change when necessary. The font, height, width, position etc. of the text (excluding text not changed), as well as the line and color of the drawing shall be carefully checked after the template is copied.
