Interpersonal relationships means social interaction among the crowd, and cooperation is very important in today's society, we believe that human relationships are more important than individual ability.
反方立论1
We believe that personal ability is particularly important in the work. Human capacity is the essential. It is the most important thing for you to success. Only the capacity is real, it is the way to inflect the world. It can help you obtain the right to compete. So, our sides insist on that one’s practical ability is more important for success.
反方1：Is Bill Gates successful?
正方1：Sure, he is a successful man.
反方2：Which do you think more important about his success, his personal capacity or the interpersonal relationships?
正方2：At that time, we do not understand the situation
反方2：We don’t think you can admit that the personal capacity is more important , can you?
正方2：“May be it is true, but according to a Harvard Business School Survey: people in the great achievements in their career, 26 percents rely on the ability to work, 5 percents on the family background, and interpersonal relationships accounted for 69 percents. How can you explain this?
反方1：Isn’t good relationship the performance of individual capability?
正方1：I think it’s not. Capacity can be trained compared with interpersonal relationships. That is to say: it is the difference between life and work, do you think so?

正方2：We do the work according to use the machine which is designed. Thus, is the interpersonal relationship more important in daily life?
反方2：Your meaning is that the human will be replaced for machine, do you?
正方2：We don’t think it, but some ability of the human is replacing at present
