1、西餐礼仪 四上 Unit 5
The knife is on the right . 刀放置于右边
The fork is on the left. 叉置于左边
The spoon is beside the knife. 勺子置于刀的旁边
The plate is in the middle.盘子放在中间

三、节日文化
1、 西方节日 五下 Unit 3和Unit 4
(1)Mother’s Day is the second Sunday in May.母亲节在五月份第二个星期天
(2)Father’s Day is the third Sunday in June.父亲节在六月份第三个星期天
(3)In America Thanksgiving Day is the fourth Thursday in November.
在美国，感恩节在十一月份的第四个星期四
(4) Easter Day
时间不要求掌握，需了解复活节的一些特色活动：paint and look for the Easter eggs,
Easter Bunny.
(5)Christmas 圣诞节 Merry Christmas圣诞快乐 Father Christmas圣诞老人
Christmas Tree 圣诞树 turkey火鸡 gifts礼物
(6) New Year’s Day和Spring Festival 的不同
New Year’s Day is on the first day of January. 也就是我们所谓的元旦。
Spring Festival is usually in Jan. and Feb. 是我们中国的传统节日，也就是我们传统的春
节。
2. 中国传统节日
(1) Mid-autumn Day is usually in Sept.and Oct.
We always get together , have a big dinner ,eat mooncakes and enjoy the moonlight.

四、不同地区的季节、天气和时间
1、摄氏和华氏： 四下第四单元 What’s weather like?
华氏度(Fahrenhite) 和摄氏度(Centigrade)都是用来计量温度的单位。包括我国 在内的世界上很多国家都使用摄氏度，美国和其他一些英语国家使用华氏度而较少使用摄氏度。比如11摄氏度，即52华氏度。
2、 南北半球的季节正好是相反的 例如：It’s summer in Beijing,but it’s winter in Sydney.
3、 每个地方的时间是不同的 四下第二单元 What time is it?
例如： It’s 8:00 p.m.in Beijing. It’s 7:10 a.m. in New York.
It’s 12:10 p.m. in London.

五、星期 五上第二单元 My week
（星期的缩写一定要掌握）
The first day of a week is Sunday.
The second day of a week is Monday.
以此类推
The last day of a week is Saturday.

六、文明礼仪 五下第六单元 Work quietly
1. When you are walking in the street, you must keep to the right.
2. When you are colouring, you must keep your desk clean.
3. When you are in the library, you must talk quietly.

七、交通 六上第二单元 Ways to go to school
（1）交通灯和交通规则：
国际通用的交通灯（traffic lights）: red light, yellow light, green light.
国际通用的交通规则：Slow down and stop at a yellow light.
Stop and wait at a red light.
Go at a green light.
每个国家和地区不同的交通规则：
In Hong Kong，Japan, India, the U.K, drivers drive on the left side.
In China and the U.S.A,drivers drive on the right side.
(2) 交通方式
Students in Munich,Germany go to school on foot.
Students in Jiangxi, China go to school by ferry
Students in Alaska go to school by ferry.
Students in Papa Westray go to school by plane

八、颜色和心情 六上第六单元 How do you feel?
If you feel blue, that means you’re sad.
If you are healthy, you are in the pink.
If you are angry, you are seeing red.
If you are very very sad, you are in a black mood.

九、鞋子尺码 六下第一单元 How tall are you ?
中国的鞋子尺码和外国的鞋子尺码标准是不同的。比如在六下第一单元Mike穿Size 7,换 算成中国的鞋子尺码标准就是Size 38.
