My favorite season in Canada is summer. The real summer in Canada lasts only two months, July and August. During these two months, the temperature climbs above 20 and its always sunny. The trees become green again and the whole city is full of various flowers. Day time is longer and night time is shorter. Most time we have sunlight until 10 in the evening.
The reason that I like summer is because summer time is the best season for outdoor activities. I love hiking, jogging, and biking. I can go to national parks or city parks easily in summer. Summer gives me so much fun.
Just like what Ive said, I love hiking, jogging, and biking in summer. I still remember I went to different national parks last summer for hiking. I saw beautiful lakes and mountains. I even encountered a bear looking for food, which was pretty amazing experience.
Weather may affect people choice of activities. Its warm outside in summer, so more people will choose outdoor activities. We always have more music festivals or food festivals in summer. Winter is super cold in Canada. People would like to stay home instead of going outside.

1. Is it hard to find a good job in your country?
思路：
可以先开头说一下自己不是很清楚。然后说一下可能不太容易，因为现在毕业生越来越多，竞争也变的很激烈。不过可能有相关工作经验并且在面试时表现的谦虚有礼貌也会有帮助。
误区：
注意在Part 3 部分不要用太绝对的语言去回答，所以不要太肯定的说一定很难或者非常简单在中国找工作。

Well, to be honest, I dont actually know anything about that, but I reckon it is no easy task to look for an ideal job over here as there are endless unemployed graduates all over the place. Who knows, perhaps it would help if the job seeker has got plenty of related experience. Apart from that, I guess being humble and polite at a job interview could also be a bonus.
2. What kinds of preparation should people do for a job interview?
思路：
先总起说一下要看具体状况啦，看是面试什么样的工作，不过generally speaking, 可能有好几件事是要注意的。一件重要的事情之一可能是坚持整体的形象清爽干净，记得洗头发，不能又油又有头皮屑。此外呢，还要熟悉一下所应聘工作的工作内容。

注意不要一系列的列出太多的单词，2-3个具体的就好啦。

Well, I guess it depends on what kind of job people are looking for, but in general I would say there are quite a few things that they would want to pay attention to before hand. Perhaps one of the main points is to make sure they look nice in proper clothes, without any greasy hair, you know, also no dandruff or anything. Obviously they dont really need to do any plastic surgery for just an interview. Apart from that, I reckon getting to know about the company they are applying for and being familiar with the job descriptions and that is also quite necessary.
3. Why do some young people keep changing their jobs?
思路：
先总起说一下有很多原因，然后列出2-3个就好啦。比如有的年轻人不确定自己想做什么工作，自己想要什么;此外，也可能是跟同事或老板关系处得不那么好。
误区：
如果可以的话尝试不完全跟题目用一样的表达，比如可以把young people换掉，或者keep changing ones jobs 给转述掉。

Well, I guess there can be loads of different reasons to explain why some of the junior staff tend to jump from company to company. Perhaps one of the possible reasons is that they are still not quite sure what exactly they want to do as a career, so they prefer to keep looking for a bit. Apart from that, maybe some of them would have some problems when it comes to dealing with the boss or their workmates, like getting into an argument or something like that.

1. Which relative did you most often see when you were a child?
思路：先直接回答是谁，然后简单介绍下她/他，比如她/他几岁呀什么的。然后可以扩大说一下你们以前都一起做什么。
误区：注意试试能不能把when I was a child换掉，比如换成in my childhood或者when I was a kid，甚至可以直接说when I was 5 or 6. 另外要注意的是过去时态的使用。
