第六讲 领导的行为基础
一、 内容简介
本讲主要介绍了领导的行为基础, 包括管理者如何识人, 比如首因效应、 近因效应、 社会刻板印象、 晕轮效应、 投射效应和印象整饰。另外还介绍了态度与行为、 认知不协调理论以及贾尼斯和哈弗兰德的态度转变理论, 从而帮助更好地理解员工的态度。

六、 本讲小结
管理者能够经过系统强化每一连续步骤的方法塑造或训练员工的行为, 以使她们的行为越来越接近管理者期望的反应。因此管理者要能清楚地识别员工的行为, 了解员工的态度并能调整员工的态度。因此本讲重点介绍了领导的行为基础以及态度与态度的转变。
