It is started from a small publishing house in New York ,to one of the most influential companies in history .It was founded in 1939, At the beginning the company’s name is timely comics. Ten years later they renamed as atlas comics. In 1961 the company officially changed its name to Marvel Comics, and To determine the formal logo: set a rectangular frame on the top left corner of the cover, with the current character’s
image inside. Marvel was known as "Wonder comics" in china , Because it has the meaning of "wonder, miracle". "漫威"was formally identified as the Chinese name of Marvel in 2010.
