2，需保证灌注工作在首批混凝土初凝以前的时间完成。2、混凝土灌注导管采用直升导管法进行水下混凝土的灌注。导管采用直径 300mm 的钢管，壁厚 3mm，每节长 2.0 或 3.0m，配 12 节长 11.5m 短管,底节采用 4.0 米长导管。导管使用前，进行接长水密承压性试验，合格后投入使用，导管要定期进行水密承压性试验，严禁用压气试压。下导管前要检查是否漏气、漏水和变形,是否安放了密封圈。导管要依次下放,全部下入孔内后,应放到孔底,以便核对导管长度及孔深,然后提起 3050cm，进行二次清孔。导管下放次序和每节的长度都要记清楚，以便拆管时作为依据。下导管时防止碰撞钢筋笼，导管支撑架用型钢制作，支撑架支垫在钻孔平台上，用于支撑悬吊导管。混凝土灌注期间时用吊车吊放拆卸导管。3、混凝土运输及灌注机械水下混凝土施工采用混凝土搅拌运输车运输混凝土、输送至导管顶部的漏斗中。4、首批混凝土灌注水下灌注时先灌入的首批混凝土，其数量经过计算，使其有一定的冲击能量，能把泥浆从导管中排出，并保证把导管下口埋入混凝土的深度不少于 以内。为确保桩顶质量，根据高铁技术标准，在桩顶设计标高以上加灌 1 米以上高度，以便保证混凝土强度，多余部分接桩前凿除，桩头应无松散层。6、灌注水下混凝土时，随时探测钢护筒顶面以下的剩余孔深并计算所灌注的混凝土的高度，以便控制导管埋入深度和桩顶标高。测锤法：用绳系重锤吊入孔中，使之通过泥浆沉淀层而停留在混凝土表面，根据测绳所示锤的沉入深度换算出混凝土的灌注深度。7、在混凝土灌注过程中，要防止混凝土拌和物从漏斗溢出或从漏斗外掉入孔底，使泥浆内含有水泥而变稠凝固，致使测深不准。同时应设专人注意观察导管内混凝土下降和井孔水位上升，及时测量复核孔内混凝土面高度及导管埋入混凝土的深度，做好详细的混凝土施工灌注记录，正确指挥导管的提升和拆除。探测时必须仔细，同时以灌入的混凝土数量校对，防止错误。8、施工中导管提升时应保持轴线竖直和位置居中，逐步提升。拆除导管动作要快，拆装一次时间一般不宜超过 15min。要防止螺栓、橡胶垫和工具掉入孔中，要注意安全。已拆下的导管要立即清洗干净，堆放整齐。9、控制混凝土灌注速度及方法：灌注混凝土时，随时掌握混凝土灌注高程及导管埋深，当混凝土埋过钢筋笼 23 米时，才将导管提至钢筋笼底端以上。10、当混凝土灌注到接近钢筋骨架下端时，为防钢筋骨架被混凝土顶托上升，可采取以下措施：导管底口处于钢筋笼底口上下 3m 时，放慢混凝土浇筑速度，减少混凝土面上升的动能作用，以免钢筋笼顶被托而上浮；当混凝土超过钢筋笼底 2 米左右时，适当提升导管，减少导管埋置长度，使导管底口处于钢筋笼底口附近，并加快浇注速度，以增加钢筋笼的埋置深度，从而增加混凝土对钢筋骨架的握裹力；thrift of excellent traditional and style lack deep of
