This contract shall take effect from the date of signing by both parties and continue until the end of the maintenance service. 2. If the maintenance service is delayed due to force majeure or other reasons, the new service period shall be determined through negotiation between the two parties. 5. Breach of Contract Liability 1. If either party fails to perform the contract, they shall bear the corresponding liability for breach of contract as agreed. 2. If one party's actions result in the contract being unable to be fulfilled, the other party has the right to terminate the contract and seek compensation for losses. 6. Other Matters 1.
