9.6花器官的形成及其生理9.6.1花器官形成的形态和生理变化在植物的成花过程中,需要花诱导和花器官形成两个过程。只有完成花诱导后,才有了开花的可能,而能否开花,还要有合适的条件。也可以说:花诱导决定了成花的可能性,而后者决定了花的质量和数量。大多数植物发生成花反应使生长锥的表面积增大,表面出现皱折,使在原来分化形成叶原基的地方形成花原基,再由花原基逐步分化产生花器官各部分的原基,进而形成花或花序。在生长锥分化成花芽的过程中,其内部也发生了可溶性糖增加等一系列的生理生化变化。9.6.2 花器官形成的ABC模型:Meyerowitz,Coen于1991,1994年提出,花器官分为四轮花萼、花瓣、雄蕊、心皮,自外向内依次排列,它们分别被ABC三种同源异型基因控制。A控制1,2轮,B控制2,3轮,C控制3,4轮。或者说花萼的形成由A控制,花瓣的形成由A、B控制,雄蕊的形成B、C控制,心皮的形成由C控制。而A和C的作用是相互拮抗和延伸的。一旦其中某类基因发生突变,就会引起器官的错位,产生同源异型现象。在拟南芥中,A、B、C的对应基因分别是AP1/AP2、AP3/PI、AG表表9.3 植物的性别分化一、植物性别分化的特点及意义
