本次课程设计的目的是熟悉过程控制系统的组态和调试，掌握自动化仪表与过程控制的基本应用,加深和巩固本课程及相关课程的知识，要求完成如下内容：
1.熟悉油田中压燃气锅炉的工艺流程， 并对汽包液位--锅炉给水串级控制的工作过程进行分析。
2。依据工艺流程和基本数据， 对所用仪表作出选型;
3。对控制回路画出方框图，写出所选控制规律，及参数整定方法；
4.了解组态软件的历史、发展及国内外现状，熟悉组态软件的应用,利用力控组态软件做出油田中压燃气锅炉监控系统的组态设计，并在报告中写出组态过程如：I/O端口分配、I/O点组态参数说明、控制回路组态说明等.最终要求做出工艺流程画面、趋势画面、报警画面，并利用软件提供的模拟对象，实现系统的自动控制。

2。设计思想及内容
2。1 设计思想
锅炉是工业生产过程中不可缺少的重要设备，锅炉的汽包水位是影响锅炉安全运 行的重要参数，水位过高，会破坏汽水分离装置的正常工作，严重时会导致蒸汽带水增多，增加在管壁上的结垢和影响蒸汽质量.水位过低,则会破坏水循环，引起水冷壁管的破裂，严重时会造成干锅，损坏汽包，所以其值过高过低都可能造成重大事故.故在设计中内、外贿赂中采用PID控制快速消除通道的给水扰动和蒸汽扰动,使系统达到稳定的状态。
本题的设计基本工艺流程如下：温度约60℃的预热锅炉给水经锅炉盘管烧热后进入汽包，在汽包中,高温高压的水汽化,产生中压蒸汽(温度约150℃，压力1。5MPa），中压蒸汽经计量后由中压总管分送各用户。设计产汽量为 10 吨/小时，燃气为天然气，燃气压力为0.4MPa，温度约10℃。

一、开发系统的设计
⑴各窗口页面的设计
本设计分为三个部分报警画面、工艺画面及趋势画面.
①工艺画面
按照题目中给的原理图来设计.在工具箱中点击“选择子图”按钮,可在其中找到模拟加热炉、汽包、水泵和阀门.再用工具箱中的立体管道将其按图连接,工艺图就构成了.
②趋势画面
③报警画面
⑵各画面的链接
在各画面中建立两个按钮分别表示除自身外另外两个画面。然后再在对象动画中点击窗口显示，建立链接。使各窗口可互相切换。
二、动画的设计
在工艺画面中，对各对象都添加动画。是运行时，各部分变化明显。
3.运行结果
在运行系统中检验设计结果.进入趋势画面，改动设定值、P和I，观察变化。

5。设计总结
该设计主要完成了中压燃气锅炉汽包控制的部分，并未涉及安全控制,锅炉控制等等。
通过收集各种汽包液位控制的资料，了解其制作过程,并通过各种比较完成了该设计.并通过学习，应用了力控软件，自觉收益颇丰。
还好此次设计是老师手把手带着做的,不仅让我对力控这个软件有了些许认识，更是让我亲手完成了整个过程。之前的课程设计多是要自己完成，免不了要借鉴前人做过的报告，但是此次报告确是我一字一字完全靠自己做出来的。也学有很多不足之处,但是我相信有了这一次，下回会更熟练。
通过此次设计，加深了我对汽包液位控制的理解，还有对于控制也有了进一步的思考。所以课程设计在这一方面是有实质性的好处的。
仅仅有书本上的知识是不够的，以后进入社会，更多的需要实践能力和把自己所学的知识加以运用的能力。所以我感谢课程设计带给我的明晰,我会更加努力的。
