19、的人力资源管理工作流程,使学生加深对人力资源管理基本概念、基本原理和基本分析方法的理解,培养和锻炼学生灵活运用相关知识分析问题和解决问题的能力.二、实训操作过程及实训结果实训操作过程:1、企业制定了整体的战略规划,就需要制定相应的人力资源规划,人力资源的规划直接指导我们的日常人力资源管理工作,我们必须搞清楚人力资源规划的内容.2、定量分析可以通过对工作负荷的分析计算或者通过历年的人力资源数据进行回归预测。用工作负荷预测的方法来算算未来的人力资源需求。3、用一元线性回归法预测人力资源需求。4、最常用的是管理人员接替图和马尔可夫转移矩阵模型。用这个方法做出预测的部门是3个,分别是:生产技术部、发展
