My internship site is rooted in the beautiful seaside city—Xiamen. Supretrans is a comprehensive logistics company specializing in logistics and freight transportation. It is mainly engaged in road freight， air freight， railway container transportation, long—distance moving plant, logistics information consultation， storage， packaging， Processing, sorting， Transportation, Distribution, Information and After—sales Service。 Supretrans was established in 2000. After several years’ cruel market test and rapid transit selfless struggle, has developed into the industry’s most well—known professional logistics company， often praised by customers and freight peers。
Supretrans is headquartered in Xiamen, has been in Beijing， Tianjin， Nanjing, Suzhou， Ningbo， Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Qingdao， Dalian, Fuzhou， Chongqing, Yiwu, Chengdu, Hong Kong and Taipei have set up 36 branches and offices. 4. Content of internship
When I joined the big family of the inventory group， I felt the warmth of home and how powerful the collective power was。 I learned a lot of knowledge and principles of dealing with people in the group leader。 Understand the way ahead。 In the jaw warehouse is indeed a bit more pressure than ofc， but because of this， we learn more knowledge， but also feel gratified.
In the inventory， our main work content, the first, is checking inventory。 We have also learned similar knowledge of inventory in books。 But in practice, we realized that the checking inventory was not so terrible, and that there was no complication in the book。 The inventory count is an accurate reflection of the inventory accuracy of the warehouse。 It needs to be true， accurate, complete and clear。 The second is the joint payment, which is designed to put the same sku (Stock Keeping Unit） in the same box when the goods are less loaded after picking. If the number of the same item is located nearby， the original location of the goods should be indicated when the item is combined, and then the target location should be transferred。 At this time， it should be noted clearly to prevent the mistake of the goods when missing or combined, which makes the pickers can’t know the location of the goods in detail The third is to find the goods， that is, to locate and return to the original position of some missing goods in the course of the joint payment or the transfer of inventory.
The virtual temporary storage in the system is called temp。 In fact， it means that there is no goods。 When looking for temp, we need to do it through the wms system。 The fourth is to reset the tag， due to human reasons lost or other reasons。
First， the data of the label information is sent to the professional staff of jaw， then the tag sent by jaw is hung on the garment， and finally， the warehouse is returned according to the storage system。
The only difference between handling string color and the former is to add more photographic evidence before processing， in case of customer complaints or to ask for compensation from the manufacturer。
During my internship, I understood several reasons for the low accuracy of inventory： first, the quality of the sorting staff was not high， for example， the goods on the original warehouse were placed on another tray. Second, the actual quantity did not match the quantity of the system. The actual library bit and the system library position do not match。 The main reason for the inventory inaccuracy is the data loss and error caused by the transfer or combination of funds。
In the storage, I feel that the facilities are not perfect and lack of technical support, such as the RF technology, now there are occasions that RF equipment but can’t be used. There are too few forklifts, which slow down the speed of cargo operation， easy to stop work halfway. The departments only pay attention to their own duties， the information cannot be circulated in time， the departments are closed to each other， and the personnel among the departments have not formed a good atmosphere of mutual help and mutual assistance， and they have to shirk their responsibilities when they make mistakes。 And can't find out the root of the problem and solve it.
The head of the inventory team learned that the focus of the jaw warehouse operation at this stage is to complete the huge order volume of the customers， and that all new and old items in the warehouse need to be counted together。 The accuracy of the inventory is the top priority of the warehouse。 But the accuracy rate is a real headache。
Since the company began to pick up, for example， blind collection of all clothing and shoes， ignoring the clothing and shoe subpayments in order to hurry. To save the storage space， the company set a standard of 20 cases for all trays。 Whether it is the bottom tray or high—rise cargo space, are placed in this way。
Therefore, you can imagine how much pressure such a location setting puts on picking goods. If a sku （Stock Keeping Unit) is distributed across hundreds of places， the picking efficiency is certainly much reduced； if the target box is at the bottom of the tray， the same pressure on picking is enormous。
May is the deadline for our inventory consolidation， we will rebalance all clothing, do the same section, never repeat the mistake of opening the position.
The jaw Warehouse is divided into a、b、c、d、e、f、k、q、s、z parts. In these, the a、f、q、k area belongs to the shoe products area， and the a、f、q、k area belongs to the old clothing area。 The s、z area belongs to the new clothing code area。 The s、z area and the a、c、d、q is the integrated storage area of the new disc， and the data are relatively accurate. But the b、e database is not as accurate as it was， which directly affects the efficiency and quality of picking and shipping。
Inventory consolidation is no time to delay. The first is inventory analysis of jaw。 There are many jaw warehouse locations for the old model of distribution. It’s terrible that a sku can be distributed into hundreds of locations. The second， the preliminary idea of a combined paragraph is the picking model。 This method is only applicable to small batch of model， the method can effectively carry out the principle of "same product with the same box”, but it is difficult to solve the large quantities of model. The third, the final is the solution of selecting new and old goods garage。 The late shift is responsible for the inventory location and shelves for day shift， day shift is responsible for the paragraphs or work with box, this scheme is applicable to the new goods。 Garage solution is late shift in regional inventory， check the day shift to analyze abnormal data, and solve it。
The above inventory and the joint section can only be carried out under the premise of the division, otherwise there will be a situation of ”leading one to start the whole body”。 In the sequence storehouse of the joint section， the integration， the cross—position, the joint section, the joint section， the joint requirements are consistent with the data. 5. Suggestions and thoughts on the teaching methods and courses offered in this major
Combining this internship with my four years' study， I regard the marketing courses offered by this major as the best choice。 The in—depth knowledge of other professional courses has not been expressed in a better way.
As for my position， first of all， marketing course is essential. Warehouse management is also a basic course for logistics and even all the manufacturing enterprises。 Taking our school as an example, the warehouse management is more about describing foreign advanced automated warehouse。 The current situation in China is a low—end model， so it is suggested that we should focus on teaching basic warehousing knowledge. High-end warehousing is also based on low—end warehousing。
The most basic warehousing technology can be elicited from high—end warehousing technology when teaching。 The logistics information system provided by the school may be different from that of the enterprise, but the courses on the operation of the information system should be offered more frequently. Because the system of an enterprise runs through the whole business process of the enterprise, through the operation of the system， we can understand the business process of the whole enterprise more quickly. The more familiar with the business, while matching up with some management experience and ability, the easier for you to get into the management level。 Therefore， it is recommended that school offer more courses on logistics information system operations for this major.
For example， just like ”warehousing management" course， it is able to get a fresh understanding of the current work flow of the enterprise warehouse, which is of great benefit to us when we go to work， and be able to get started quickly。 There is also the ”Logistics Marketing" course， the knowledge learned can also be used more in the work。 In fact， in a variety of industries, Marketing is in a relatively important position。 But for some more theoretical courses, it is basically not used in practical work.
6. Summary and experience of this intern
During the internship， I have a more complete understanding of the logistics operation mode of the company, as well as the entire operation process。 What's more， I have broadened my knowledge, learned a lot of knowledge outside school， which is even difficult to learn in school. Such as the use of ERP system between company and school system is different。 During the internship period, I experience the difficulty to pick up books after work。 Work early every day， late at night to go off work back to the dormitory， feeling tired, it is hard to calm down and read a book again. It makes me cherish the time at school. After the graduation internship， I learned to use knowledge I have to solve the problem simply， learned to communicate with staff colleagues in an effective method。 I accumulated processing experience about relationship problems. 7. Development trend of Logistics Industry
