一、教学目标:
1. 语言知识目标:
1) 能掌握以下单词及短语:plastic bag, pollution, plant more trees, save water, go to school on foot, cut trees…
能掌握以下句型:
① We should plant more trees to protect our environment
② We shouldn’t drop the rubbish everywhere.
③ The linking words: first, second, at last, in a word…
2. 情感态度价值观目标:
学会用英语表达自己建议,培养学生的环保意识,热爱大自然。
二、教学重难点
1. 教学重点:
指导训练学生写作的思路与英语思维。2) 掌握本课时出现的新词汇。
2. 教学难点:
引导学生运用现有的词汇和语法知识去写作,以及准确的找出有限信息最终以文章的形式记录下来。
三、教学过程
Ⅰ. Lead-in
1. Show a MV of the earth song to lead in the topic: Environment
2. Show some pictures about environment pollution.
Ⅱ. Presentation
Pre-writing
1. Show a short video that from students about how to protect the environment.
2. Show some pictures on the big screen. Let Ss talk about how to protect environment.
3. Pair work: a short conversation about how to protect environment.
4. Games : divide the students into four groups to choose their favorite number and do the exercises about writing methods.
5. Reading exercise: a short passage about saving water.
While –writing
6. Writing exercise: show the writing materials and give Ss 8 minutes to write their own composition about protect environment.
After-writing
7. Show time: choose some compositions and correct them in front of class.
8. Group work;let the Ss change the composition and try to correct the mistakes
Homework:
课后进一步完善自己的作文并未下次的作文主题寻找单词及短语。

教学反思:本节课与环保相关的短语练习到位,但写作前的活动设计的相对过多。这就是写作后修改及展示的时间相对不够,展示的作文过少。以后的写作课写前活动设计要做到少而精;课堂时间指令不够准确,以后要做到准确。
