一、教学目标：
1. 学生能正确理解、朗读并表演Story time.
2. 学生能初步了解询问计划的句型Where/When/How long /What will you …? Will you…?以及词汇go back to, stay, Taipei, Disneyland和Ocean  Park.
3. 学生能谈谈自己的暑假出游计划。
4. 通过课文的学习，引导学生开阔眼界，热爱家园。
二、 教学重难点：
一般将来时句型Where/When/How long /What will you …? Will you…?的运用。
三、教学过程：
Step 1 Pre-reading
1 Greetings:
What day is it today?
What’s the weather like,today?
What holiday is coming soon?--May Day.
2. Ask and answer:
Where will you go for May Day?
What will you do for May Day?
Step 2 While-reading
1. Just now we talked about the plans for May Day , now here are four children,who are they? they’re talking about their plans too.what plans are they talking about?
2.Now Let’s find where they will go, watch the video and match.
Use the sentence “xxx will go to ...” to answer.

教学反思：本节课讲述Yang Ling和 Mike讨论即将到来的暑期的计划，并通过Yang Ling问Mike的假期计划，引出由How Long,where,引导的一般将来时的特殊疑问句式，并通过Mike询问Yang Ling去北京度假的出行方式引出由will引导的将来时的一般疑问句式及其肯定、否定回答。在教学过程中我结合本单元的话题引导学生进行交际。由即将到来的May Day讨论A plan for May Day 自然过渡到Summer holiday plans.学生在老师的引导下能积极主动地表达自己的plans.在文本的推进中运用快速浏览找问句、看动画连线、读文本回答问题、同桌交流汇报的方式来实现。教学过程遵循顺序渐进、由浅入深的原则。学生的思维得到很好的训练。同时本节课中也有一些问题：如教师对课堂的把控较大，课堂的开放度不够，学生的表达过于拘谨。在谈论学生的暑期计划时，应加大老师在课堂教学中语言的输入，以此来丰富学生的语言表达。让孩子的表达更丰富、更精彩。在教学过程中也应关注文本中的一些细节处理。
