How Can We Protect Ourselves?
Self-protection is one of the most important skills for teenagers.But how we protect ousdelves?Here are some suggestions.
First,we should be careful when we make friends,especially on line.Second,if we are in danger,we must call the police in time so that we can keep ourselves safe.Also,we should eat heathily and safely.Besides,we shouldn’t crowd each other when we go upstairs or downstairs at school.Last,summer is coming,we must remember it’s dangerous to swim alone.
All in all,everyone needs to learn how to protect ourselves and stay away from danger.

In our daily life,if we want to get on well with others,we should learn some skills about communication.
When friends are eating dinner,most of them just surf the Internet on the phone without any communication.They may feel bored so that they won’t get together any more.In addition,some students always get into trouble with others,so they have no friends and so on.All these problems are caused by lack of communication.
In my opinion,if they learn to talk with others more,share ideas and feelings with others or be a good listener sometimes,they will communicate better with each other.The better you communicate with others,the more friends you will have.
