工程内容:涂装线设备消防保护
Engineering: Fire protection system of paint shop equipment
主要工作:消防系统的设计、制造、供货、安装、调试、培训、验收、维保。
Scope of supply: design ,fabrication ,supply ,installation ,test ,train ,final acceptance, maintenance of fire protection.
工程工期：

供货：产品一月
Supply :one month for product
安装：45天

1.1.2 系统介绍
fire protection system of engineering
“伊朗MVM”涂装线为消防甲类防火单位。其消防保护系统如下：
New Painting shop is designed for a Class-A fire protection working-place. Fire Protection Systems designed for it is as follows:
a. 保护涂装线中涂喷房、中涂流平、面漆喷房1、面漆流平1、面漆喷房2、面漆流平2、调（储）漆间区域的高压CO2动灭火系统。
CO2 high pressure system for primer spray booth, primer flash off, top coat spray booth 1, top coat flash off 1 ,top coat spray booth2, top coat flash off 2, paint mix room and storage room.
b. 火灾自动报警系统用于探测涂装线各喷房、流平、调（储）漆间的火灾情况。
Automatic fire alarm system used for spray booths , flash off of painting line , paint mix room and paint storage room to detect fire.
本消防部分只是设备消防，所需电源接点由总甲方负责。钢瓶间安装、分控中心由我方负责。
This fire protection system is only for equipment fire protection . The power supply interface should be offered by the general contractor. CO2 cylinders and fire center of painting shop are installed by us.
施工方负责将本区域的消防报警信号反馈至油漆车间消防分控中心。这些信号包括：
a. 各火灾探测器报警信号；

b. CO2释放信号；

c. 各联动点动作信号……

1.2 火灾自动报警系统
Automatic fire alarm system
火灾自动报警系统所保护的区域即调（储）漆室及整个涂装线机器人喷房设置CO2系统区域。报警探测点设置主要位于：
Automatic fire alarm system covers all area located by CO2 high pressure system. Followings are the designed detection positions:
a. 调（储）漆间
Paint mix room and paint storage room
b. 各喷房、流平
Spray booth, flash off of paint line
该系统包括以下部分：
This system including the following items:
a. 8个相对独立的气体灭火控制盘及1台火灾报警控制器
Eight sets of CO2 extinguishing control panel and one set of fire alarm controller
b. 防爆感温探测器和防爆感烟探测器
Ex-proof heat detectors and ex-proof smoke detectors
c. 二氧化碳系统紧急启停按钮、喷洒指示灯、声光报警器、防爆警铃、扬声器
Emergency start- up and stop button, releasing indicator, sound –light alarm uints, ex-proof alarm bell，horn
d. 每条涂装线、输调漆室及储漆间外设置消防专用电话

Fire telephone shall be installed outside each paint line, paint mix room, and paint storage room
e. 各空调，排风（送风），输漆泵，防火阀等相关控制模块
Control module for each ASU, fan, paint pump, fire-protection damper, etc.
主要工作原理：
Working function:
当设备涂装线上的某个区域（点）发生火灾时，该区域感烟探测器将火警信号传至消防控制中心，由控制中心发出信号，联动警铃发出警报，关闭防火阀。如果火灾报警控制器接收到该区的感温探测器报警信号，则关闭非消防电源（包括输送链、输油泵、机器人、空调等），启动灭火控制盘，30秒延时打开CO2气瓶（罐）对相关区域进行灭火。同时声光报警器也发出警报，气体喷洒指示灯被点亮。
When the fire occurs somewhere in the paint shop, ex-proof smoke detector send the fire alarm signal to fire center, then the fire alarm controller gives the order to start alarm bell, shut off fire damper. If fire center receives any alarm signal of ex-proof smoke detector from same zone , fire alarm controller will shut off power supply not for fire protection system(including convey, paint pump, robot, ASU)and open CO2 cylinder after 30 seconds . At the same time, sound-light alarm units and releasing indicator are acting.
整个系统设自动、手动、应急操作方式。若属误报，则可人工消声复位。
The system can be operated by automation, manual, emergency ways. If fire alarm controller receives error signal , it can be reset.
1.3 二氧化碳灭火系统
CO2 extinguishing system
此说明中的二氧化碳灭火系统所保护的区域为调（储）漆间，涂装线喷房、流平。按单位体积最大区为主要分区，套用国家现行CO2灭火设计规范所用高压CO2，用钢瓶（罐）分别装载。配有备份钢瓶及CO2，采用组合分配方式。灭火系数为1.2,灭火浓度为40%喷射时间为60秒,充装密度为670。上述设备均带自动称重装置。
The CO2 system covers the paint mix and storage room,spray booth, flash off of paint line. Adopt the maximum zone as the practical protection area. The system has spare CO2 cylinders, it is combinable distribution type and high pressure system. CO2 will be used (excess index:1.2,spray time:60s at 40% density,670Kg/m3)accompany with self-scale.

用消防设备的相关知识及技能，以达到最大限度的预防火灾之发生，减少企业损失。
Training can enhance operator’s safe consciousness and master operation of fire protection equipment in order to prevent fire generating and lessen loss in case of failure.

a. 设备及元器件在质保期内无人为损坏均由我方负责更换。
If equipments and parts go wrong without destroyed by anybody ,we will be responsible to change it in quality guarantee period.
b. 在质保期内设备出现故障，我方负责解决。
If equipments and parts occurs malfunction ,we will be responsible to resolve it in quality guarantee period.合同管理制度

1 范围
本标准规定了龙腾公司合同管理工作的管理机构、职责、合同的授权委托、洽谈、承办、会签、订阅、履行和变更、终止及争议处理和合同管理的处罚、奖励；
本标准适用于龙腾公司项目建设期间的各类合同管理工作，厂内各类合同的管理，厂内所属各具法人资格的部门，参照本标准执行。

4 职责
4.1 总经理：龙腾公司经营管理的法定代表人。负责对厂内各类合同管理工作实行统一领导。以法人代表名义或授权委托他人签订各类合法合同，并对电厂负责。
4.2 工程部：是发电厂建设施工安装等工程合同签订管理部门；负责签订管理基建、安装、人工技术的工程合同。
4.3 经营部：是合同签订管理部门，负责管理设备、材料、物资的订购合同。
4.5 合同管理部门履行以下职责：
4.5.1 建立健全合同管理办法并逐步完善规范；
4.5.2 参与合同的洽谈、起草、审查、签约、变更、解除以及合同的签证、公证、调解、诉讼等活动，全程跟踪和检查合同的履行质量；
4.5.3 审查、登记合同对方单位代表资格及单位资质，包括营业执照、经营范围、技术装备、信誉、越区域经营许可等证件及履约能力（必要时要求对方提供担保），检查合同的履行情况；
4.5.4 保管法人代表授权委托书、合同专用章，并按编号归口使用；
4.5.5 建立合同管理台帐，对合同文本资料进行编号统计管理；
4.5.6 组织对法规、制度的学习和贯彻执行，定期向有关领导和部门报告工作；
4.5.7 在总经理领导下，做好合同管理的其他工作，
4.6 工程技术部：专职合同管理员及材料、燃料供应部兼职合同管理员履行以下职责：
4.6.1 在主任领导下，做好本部门负责的各项合同的管理工作，负责保管“法人授权委托书”；
4.6.2 签订合同时，检查对方的有关证件，对合同文本内容依照法规进行检查，检查合同标的数量、金额、日期、地点、质量要求、安全责任、违约责任是否明确，并提出补充及修改意见。重大问题应及时向有关领导报告，提出解决方案；
4.6.3 对专业对口的合同统一编号、登记、建立台帐，分类整理归档。对合同承办部门提供相关法规咨询和日常协作服务工作；
4.6.4 工程技术部专职合同管理员负责收集整理各类合同，建立合同统计台帐，并负责
