DELL M1000e刀箱M6220网络交换机配置端口聚合实施方案一、实施前查看机房环境1、 “宁夏一体化缴费平台应用推广项目”现场环境如下：在宁夏电力信通公司22楼机房A16机柜有2台DELL M1000e刀箱，每台刀箱配置16把DELL M610刀片服务器。上面1台DELL刀箱的CMC管理口登陆不了，报正在寻找IP的错误，刀箱上亮红灯，需要报dell 800。下面一台刀箱的CMC管理口可以正常登陆，刀箱亮蓝灯，是正常的。两台DELL刀箱各启用了A网络交换模块的第一个网口，上联到一台H3C交换机上。B网络交换模块没有使用，没有连网线上联到H3C交换机。 2、 客户需求：两台DELL刀箱各启用了一个网络交换模块的第一个网口，上联到一台H3C交换机上。为了防止网线被拔掉或者松滑，希望对32台DELL M610刀片服务器和2台DELL刀箱，配置刀箱上的网络交换机模块做双网卡绑定、链路聚合，防止单点故障。3、 首先确保要操作的这些设备没有硬件及操作系统方面的故障问题。如果有故障，建议先解决现有的故障问题后再实施操作。二、需要解决的问题1、 问题一、1台DELL刀箱（SN号:CJ625W1）的CMC管理口登陆不了，报正在寻找IP的错误，刀箱上亮红灯。我已经帮客户张工寻求DELL 800提供电话支持技术，结果如下：解决方案：A、 DELL 800提供电话支持技术服务，可以尝试在刀箱前液晶面板上去手工设置CMC的管理口的默认IP 192.168.0.120。B、 DELL 800提供电话支持技术服务，在停业务的前提下，尝试插拔CMC管理模块，使其恢复正常，能寻找到默认IP 192.168.0.120。C、 DELL 800提供电话支持技术服务，刀箱M1000E上CMC的管理口都必须接到同一个网段，接上网线，有问题可以现场收集一下日志，反馈DELL 800。开启CMC的Telnet功能：在Chassis Overview - Network - Service 下的Telnet，把那个勾勾起来。然后依次运行以下命令telnet f c:cmc01.log cmcip 进入cmc界面后，输入用户名root密码calvin（缺省的），如果您更改过用户信息的话的话，用您改完的信息进入。 然后依次运行以下命令： racdumpgetversiongetioinfogetdcinfoexit 然后将c盘根目录下的cmc01.log，反馈DELL 800。D、 由于这些问题是前期存在的情况，两台刀箱液晶面板里面都有告警。加上设备已经上线，如需尝试以上步骤，需要客户运维方去操作。2、 问题二、登陆dell 刀箱CMC管理口进去查看的交换机模块信息，并没有看到A交换机模块和B交换机模块的管理IP，是DHCP的。如何用IE登陆到这2个交换机模块里面，因为不知道管理IP。这个如何去做链路聚合的操作呢？另外这两个网络交换机模块的console口是一个USB口，我们的网络工程师没有这样的串口线。我已经帮客户张工寻求DELL 800提供电话支持技术，结果如下：解决方案：A、 DELL 800提供电话支持技术服务，可以尝试登陆CMC的管理界面，点到交换机模块里面，把DCHP的勾去掉，手工配置交换机模块的管理IP 为192.168.0.x网段。可以通过web界面登陆，也可以通过命令行方式登陆。Connection via CMCThe following procedure outlines how to connect to the PowerConenct M6220 modular switches via the CMC internal connection.PowerConenct M6220 Connection via the CMC 1.After logging into the CMC, type connect switch-# to connect to the switch in the specified I/O bay.cmc-rack1 login: rootPassword: Welcome to the CMC - firmware version X08.1.0.200710311456 $ connect switch-1 Connected to remote port.Escape character is . console2.To switch back to the CMC CLI, type and press two or three times to intitiate communications.cmc-rack1 login: rootPassword: Welcome to the CMC - firmware version X08.1.0.200710311456 $ connect switch-1 Connected to remote port.Escape character is . console Type Ctrl- here.$ VLAN 1 IP Address AssignmentTo connect via telnet or webgui, assign an IP address to VLAN 1. This screen will allow you to set the IP address of the OOB port on the PowerConnect M6220 switch. B、 DELL 800提供电话支持技术服务，网络交换机模块的console口是一个USB口。这个在设备到货新安装的时候，开箱里面有这样的串口线，需要客户方找一下，如下图：Connection via USB Serial CableEach PowerConnect M6220 module switch has a USB data connector on the rear panel of the chassis. This connector requires a null modem cable for communication.How to access the switch for the first time:1. Connect to the switch using the supplied USB/null modem cable from a computer serial port. 2. Start a terminal program such as HyperTerminal. 3. Set the terminal program to: o 9600 baud rate o 8 data bits o No parity o 1 stop bit o No flow control 4. Press twice or three times to initiate console communications. 3、 问题三、由于DELL刀箱上的2个网络交换模块之间是不直连的。因为登陆到A网络交换模块上，看不到B网络交换模块的信息。等于说不能同时看到A和B网络交换模块的信息，不好同时管理操作这两个网络交换模块。如果想用B网络交换模块与A交换机模块做链路聚合，这个怎么实现？ DELL回答：1、 DELL 800提供电话支持技术服务，这两个网络交换模块就类似2台独立的交换机，是不可以跨设备做链路聚合。因此想达到客户的需求，是做不了的。2、 DELL 800又提出，如果想这样做，也有方法，就是需要客户购买堆叠模块，插到IO空槽位里面。购买DELL的服务，DELL原厂上门安装。如果想这样做，需要客户方同意。三、实施方案在以上问题都解决的情况下，相当于客户环境都是正常的，下面提出几种方法:1、 第一种方法：单独接一根网线在B交换机模块上，类似单独对每台刀片的第二个网口在操作系统里面添加一个IP，这个需要客户分配IP，设置静态路由。即使A交换机模块上的网线断了，B交换机模块上还是能够通讯的。但是有个问题，现在数据库和应用的服务IP的实地址都设置每台刀片的第一个网口上，运维方能做到把数据库和应用的服务IP的实地址也分配在B交换机模块上吗？2、 第二种方法：想使用B网络交换模块与A交换机模块做链路聚合，由于不可以跨设备做链路聚合，需要客户购买DELL的服务，购买堆叠模块，DELL原厂上门安装。3、 第三种方法：不使用B网络交换模块。在A交换机模块的第二个网口上加一根网线，上联到H3C交换机上。只对A交换机模块的第一个网口和第二个网口做端口聚合。但是有个问题，如果这个A交换机模块硬件故障了，通讯就断了。注意点：1、 由于做聚合操作会有网络上的瞬断，这需要客户方的应用允许有瞬断的时间，大概有5S，但不需要停机。如下图的瞬断提示：2、 配置端口聚合的时候，先在网络交换机模块和上联的H3C模块这两端先做配置，然后在接新加的一个网线，否则会发生环路现象，导致生成树的计算，有15-30s的业务中断时间。配置戴尔M6220交换模块通过终端连接CMC，进入CMC输入connect switch-1 (连接交换机1，连接交换机2类似）1、创建VLAN 10console(config)#vlan databaseconsole(config-vlan)#vlan 10console(config-vlan)#exit2、把端口加入VLAN 10console(config)#interface range gigabitethernet 1/0/1-16console(config-if)#switchport mode accessconsole(config-if)#switchport access vlan 10console(config-if)#exit3、端口绑定（17-20）console(config)#interface range gigabitethernet 1/0/17-20console(config-if)#channel-group 1 mode onconsole(config-if)#spanning-tree disableconsole(config-if)#exit4、端口绑定模式为Trunkconsole(config)#interface port-channel 1console(config-if-Po1)#switchport mode trunkconsole(config-if-Po1)#switchport trunk allowed vlan except 1console(config-if-Po1)#switchport trunk allowed vlan add 10console(config-if-Po1)#exit5、端口依赖console(config)#link-dependency group 1console(config-if-gr1)#add gigabitethernet 1/0/1-1/0/16console(config-if-gr1)#depends-on port-channel 1console(config-if-gr1)#exitconsole(config)#exit6、保存配置console#writeThis operation may take a few minutes.Management interfaces will not be available during this time.Are you sure you want to save?
