应妥为保管，不得损毁。如证件遗
失应立即向发证机关汇报。

二、本证件为注册重要根据，注册有效
期将满时，如需继续执业，可按有
关规定向注册机关申请注册。

三、持证人应按有关规定交验执业资格
证书。

Notion

Ⅰ.The Registered Qualification Certificate is an important document. The bearer should take good care of the Certificate. A report should be made immediately to the issuing office in case the Certificate is lost.

Ⅱ.The Registered Qualification Certificate is an important document for registration. The bearer should apply for re-registration to the registration office before the expiry date of the Certificate if he\she intends to engage in the same profession in accordance with relevant regulations.

Ⅲ.The bearer should hand over the Registered Qualification Certificate for examination according to relevant regulations.
