Where possible, throughout the guide, diagrams have been used to facilitate the learning and understanding process. In addition, symbols have been used to

As the consultant you are responsible for the process it is important to note, that it is almost impossible for you to control the outcome. You and your client are embarking on an exciting journey together. During t

26、his journey, knowledge will be transferred between both parties - the client and the consultant.
