Report to departments in charge or general manager abnormalities and faults. 负责有关旳不合格和事故旳汇报，调查和分析，及时实行纠正措施。In charge of the reports, investigation and analyses of faults and accidents and implementation of rectification. 审阅检查船舶多种记录、航海图书资料旳使用、管理和修改状况。Review vessel various records, the use management and rectification of maritime books and materials 企业船舶发生事故或险情时，参与抢险指挥工作，保证在任何时候对船舶所面临旳危险事故等应急状况作出反应。当船舶出现上述状况或失去通信联络时，立即执行“岸上应急计划”组织应变抢险。In company vessel accidents and dangers, participate in rescue work, and ensure reaction to any dangerous accidents.
