Athletes taking part in Olympic Games are such examples and those who have won the games are admire as heroes of the nation.Furthermore, participating in sports can hold people together and thus can indirectly stimulate

Because sports are activities in which all participants enjoy absolute equality without any discrimination in any aspect, they can hold together people of different strata in society. As for professional athletes, it is also important for them to pay attention to their own e

8、动有利于身体健康,同时也有利于精神健康和社会发展。首先,参加体育运动能提高人的情操和精神品质。举个例子,如果一个人参加一种需要团队合作的运动,他需要学习如何和团队中的成员合作并且在紧急情况中调整自己状态。另外,参加体育运动还能培养人的荣誉感和尊严。运动员参加奥林匹克运动会正印证了这一点,他们因为赢得了比赛而成为了国家的英雄。此外,参加体育运动能把人们团结在一起,这样能间接地刺激社会的发展。因为体育是参与者不受任何歧视并且完全享受平等的运动,体育可以团结社会中各个阶层的人。对于一个专业的运动员,重视他们自身的教育或者文化学习是很重要的,否则他们会变成精神不健康、知识匮乏的人。但是这并不是参加体育运动的缺点。所以,我们不难得出结论:体育运动带给我们很多好处。我们应该鼓励从事不同行业的人参加体育运动来帮助他们保持身心健康并且充实他们自己的生活。(字数:291)
