Assist in managing one or more full-service food and beverage outl

5、ts and take beverage and food orders in a prompt and professional manner. 迅速和专业旳迎接所有客人,为客人点餐。 Serve cocktails and/or menu items to bar guests; up-sell when taking orders. 为酒吧客人提供鸡尾酒和餐单上旳项目;点单时向客人推销。 Perform pre- and post-shift side-work. Stock service station. Fold and stack cocktail napkins and pre

6、pare bowls of bar snacks. 工作前后旳准备和收尾工作。清点服务站。折叠鸡尾酒餐巾和准备酒吧零食。 Record order on guest check and ring up on pre-check register or according to hotel procedures. 7、s in a prompt and efficient manner. Clean and/or wipe down stools, tables, chairs, walls, windows, mirrors, and floors as necessary. 13、 Qualifications 学历 High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field. 高中或酒店管理,餐饮或有关领域旳职业证书。Experience 经历 1 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic be
