线槽和接线终端之间导线不能交叉。
每个电缆槽只容许一种传感器/驱动器连接走线。
Conductors between cable channel and terminals must not cross.
Only one sensor /actuator connection per cable duct slot is allowed.

E - 120
电线中不用松线必要绑到线上，并且长度必要剪到和使用那根长度同样。
并且必要保存绝缘层，以防发生触点闭合。
该规定合用于线槽内外所有线缆。
Loose ends of wire must be tied back to cable and must have the same length as used wires.
Insulation must be left to prevent any contact being made.
This applies both inside and outside of the cable channel.

E – 130
将线连接到PLC面板。
如有例外，专家组将告知。
Wiring cables/wires to a PLC board.

To wire cables/wires,which are coming from the station，directly to a PLC board.

所有水管无泄漏。
All water piping must be leak-free.

O-70
电缆和气管必要与水管分开布置。
Cables and pneumatic tubing must be kept separate from water piping.

O-80
只能在执行维护任务时进行标记，并且评分之前必要所有清除。
Markings may be used but only during the maintenance tasks and must be removed
completely before assessment

O-90
所有警示标签必要固定到规定位置。
All warning labels must be affixed and in the specified
positions.

O-100
不容许使用胶带或类似材料改造工件。
如有例外，专家组将另行告知。
It is not allowed to prepare workpieces with tape or similar things.
Exceptions will be made by the expert team.

O-110
工作站、周边区域以及工作站下方应干净整洁（用扫帚打扫干净）
只会在第一天时进行提示。
例外状况：选手没有完毕装配时。
Work stations，surrounding areas and the space below work stations should be clean (broom-clean).

Warnings only at day 1.

Exception：Teams which didn’t finish the assembly.
