1 General
1.1 Key features of the product
Sifang switching parallel box is the suite product for the protection and control unit of the Beijing Sifang Automation Co.,Ltd;meanwhile it is compatible to other protection control products and can be used as suite products at home and abroad.
The requirement for integrating the voltage monitoring function is considered in the design scheme of Sifang switching parallel box,the switching parallel function is required;the voltage monitoring function is optional.
1.2 Application scope
The naming method for Sifang series switching parallel box is as follows:

Code of Sifang relay assisted unit
Sifang series switching parallel box is divided into the base switching/parallel box (JFZ-30Q),dual bus or single bus section switching/parallel box (JFZ-31Q/41Q),single bus and dual section parallel and repeat box (JFZ-32Q/42Q),single bus and double section parallel and repeat (JFZ-33Q/43Q) and double bus and four-section parallel and repeat box (JFZ-34Q/44Q). Wherein JFZ-30Q is used for the protection and measuring voltage switching of the dual bus connection line and is the basic configuration of the switching parallel box;JFZ-31Q is used for the protection and measuring voltage of the dual bus connection line,or is used for the protection and simple parallel of the measuring voltage of the single bus and single section connection line;JFZ-42Q JFZ-41Q is used for protection,measure and measured voltage switching of the dual bus connection line,or is used for the protection,computing and single parallel of the single bus and single section connection line;JFZ-32Q is used for the protection and parallel and repeat of the dual bus or single bus and single section;JFZ-42Q is used for the protection,computing and measure voltage parallel and repeat of the dual bus or single bus and single section connection line;JFZ-33Q is used for the protection,measure voltage parallel and repeat of the single bus and dual section connection line;JFZ-43Q is used for the protection,computing and measure voltage parallel and repeat of the single bus and dual section;JFZ-34Q is sued for the protection,measuring voltage parallel and repeat of the double bus and four section connection line;JFZ-44Q is used for the protection,computing,measure voltage parallel and repeat of the double bus and four section connection line.
The switching/parallel box can offer the voltage-monitoring loop in the optional configuration manner and is used to monitor PT voltage;JFZ-30Q is the basic switching parallel box and does not offer the voltage monitoring function.
The switching relays of all above types of switching parallel boxes can select hold or non-hold type,please mark it upon order.
1.3 Shape dimension and installation dimension of the product
The enclosure adopts the new half-layer 19”/2 standard 4U enclosure and the whole back board adopts the front plug open panel. The light displays on the panel.
For the installation hole drawing,refer to the hole dimension drawing of the 19”/2 standard enclosure.

2 Technical condition
2.1 Rated parameter
1) Rated power and voltage:DC 220 V or 110 V
2) Rated AC voltage:100/V
2.2 Technical parameter
1) Allowed fluctuation range of the voltage:-20%~+15%
2) Power consumption:normal state<10W
3) Capacity of the switching relay contact: 10A 250V AC;2500VA
2.3 Environmental condition
The unit can normally operate under the following environmental condition
1) Environmental temperature:-10℃~+55℃,the storage temperature: -25℃~+70℃,no excitation temperature is offered under the limit,the unit will not show the non-reversible change,after the temperature recovers,the unit should be able to normally operate.
2) Relative humidity:the maximum average relative humidity for the most humid month is 90%,the minimum average monthly temperature of this month is 25℃ and there is no condensation on the surface.
3) Atmosphere pressure:80kPa~110kPa (the elevation height 2km and lower)
4) The risks such as fire,explosion and erosion,which threat the product safety and the actions such as shock,impact and collision beyond the regulations in the manual are prohibited at the operation site.
2.4 Electrical insulation performance
1) Media intensity
The unit can resist the 2kV AC voltage (strong current loop) or 500V (weak current loop),50Hz frequency,1 min duration media intensity test regulated in the GB/T14598.3-1993 (eqv IEC60255-5) and no breakdown and flickering phenomena occurs.
2) Insulation resistance
The testing instrument with the 500V open voltage can test the unit whose insulation value is not less than 100MΩ and meets the regulations in the IEC60255-5:.
3) Impact voltage
The unit can bear the impact voltage test for the standard thunder electric wave with the peak 5kV (strong current circuit) or 1kV (weak current circuit) regulated in the GB/T14598.3-1993 (eqv IEC60255-5).
2.5 Electromagnetic compatibility performance
1) Pulse group interference
The unit can bear the 1MHz and 100kHz pulse group interference test regulated in the GB/T 14598.13(eqv IEC60255-22-1). (The first half-wave voltage amplitude common mode is 2.5kV,the differential mode is 1kV).
2) Static discharging interference:
The product can bear the Ⅲ static discharge interference test (contact discharge is 6kV) regulated in the GB/T 14598.14(idt IEC60255-22-2).
3) Radiation electromagnetic interference:
The unit can bear the Ⅲ (10V/m) radiation electromagnetic field interference test regulated in the GB/T 14598.9(idt IEC60255-22-3).
4) Fast instantaneous change interference
The product can bear the IV (2kV for communication port,4kV for other port) fast instantaneous change interference test regulated in the GB/T 14598.10(idt IEC60255-22-4).
5) Surge resistance
The unit can bear the stringent grade under the 750kV environmental standard regulated by the IEC61000-4-5.
2.6 Mechanical performance
1) Vibration
The product can bear the I vibration response and shock resistance test regulated in the GB/T 11287(idt IEC60255-21-1).
2) Impact and collision
The product can bear the I impact response and impact resistance test regulated in the GB/T 14537(idt IEC60255-21-2) and I collision test.
3) Mechanical lifecycle
The non-interrupted arc of the output contact should reliably operate and can return for 105 times.
2.7 Safety performance
The product meets at least IP 20 GB and class I safety 16836-shell prevention grade.
3 JFZ-30Q switching parallel box
The configurations for different types of the JFZ-30Z switching parallel box are as follows:

JFZ-30Q unit includes two groups of switching relays (1YQJ、2YQJ) and monitoring relays (1YQJF、2YQJF) and can not measure voltage switching and monitor PT voltage.

3.1 Power monitoring loop
The enclosure is connected into the power through the isolation knife switch (I bus—4n0101,II bus—4n0103 and KM—4n0105),the corresponding bus operation indicator illuminates and the break contact of the power loss warning indicator is open.
In addition,when two groups of the isolation switch assisted contact close simultaneously,the relay action is monitored,the make contact closes warning signals.
The power-monitoring relay is non-hold relay and is not affected by the hold and non-hold state of the switching relay.
3.2 Voltage switching circuit
The voltage switching relay is the default two groups dual-position relay,when the DC voltage disappears,the AC voltage switching relay holds,the protection voltage will not lose (if the user requires,the switching relay can be used as two groups of non-holding relay,when the DC voltage disappears,the AC voltage switching loop is open).
When the product is normally used for the dual bus voltage switching,it is recommended to make the 4n0101(start 1YQJ) and 4n0104(return 2YQJ) short and connected to the isolation switch 1G assisted make contact,make the 4n0103(start 2YQJ) and 4n0102 (return 1YQJ) short and connected to the insulation switch 2G assisted make contact,connect 4n0105 to the switching negative power,the corresponding I bus of the panel operates,II bus operation indicator (green) illuminates. 1G and 2G insulation switch only uses one pair of assisted make contact.
To improve the adaptability capability of the unit,the loop driver is designed by four-port input,besides the above dual bus voltage switching,it is also used for the voltage parallel function. The several recommended connection modes used for different switching/parallel condition is offered in the general principle drawing.
The first group of PT secondary protection voltage is connected to 4n0201~4n0205,the measuring voltage is connected to 4n0206~4n0208;the second group of PT secondary protection voltage is connected to 4n0209~4n0213,the measuring voltage is connected to 4n0214~4n0216,the protection voltage is out from the 4n0301~4n0305 after switching,the measuring voltage is out from the 4n0306~4n0308.
The switching relay should output the contact used for the bus differential protection,distance protection and failure protection,as well as the output contacts required for the status display and collection.

4 Operation notice
4.1 Check whether the rated DC voltage,polarity,actual jumper and closure brake are within allowed range before power on;
4.2 All terminals and all plug-in should be checked whether the screen or relay is loose,fall off,disconnected and damaged before power is on
4.3 Check and make sure that the external connection loop is not under the short circuit.
4.4 Prevent from plugging the part with current.
