1引言(计算机3102唐汁 3102101224)
每个人都掉过东西，每个人都尝试过很多找回的方法，相对学生而言，在传统的方法中，我们大多情况下会选择通过学校后勤处、保卫科，或者帖传单等小道途径来找回，这些方法效率极低，速度很慢，找回率远远低于报警。其中，一是因为捡到东西的人不知如何找到失主，二是因为一旦丢失物品价值不高，失主往往会失去找回的耐性，三是因为失主与捡到者之间没有快速的可联系平台。于是，高校失物招领平台应运而生。
我们将把失物招领平台定位成高校大学生，一是为自己提供保证的适应人群，二是为了简化丢失寻找之间所花费的实际路程、时间等问题（同学校可以节约时间）。并且在此之前，我们将会结合现有的方式例如与校后勤处合作开辟校园招领点，灵活运用现有资源最大化失主寻回几率。
Everybody were tried to retrieve something what their lost by a lot of ways, to mostly students, generally, we will choose to get something back from Security Section or Logistics Division and pass out leaflets. But we know that these ways have a lower efficiency and slower speed, even call the police. Then what makes them cannot help but? Through our survey showed that the people who found something don’t know how to found out the people who lost something and some people often give up to finding because of the thing what have a lower value and then both they don’t have a platform which has a quick accessibility. So, we just got it.
We make the Lost and Found Platform be located in the college because which to ensure our people who can adapt it and simplify actual distance and actual time on the finding way. Previously, we also combine other approaches like cooperate with College Logistics Division to set new place which provide with things and maximize the probability of finding.
2系统的综合要求
外观上简洁明了，秉承简单粗暴，高速有效的准则。功能上齐全且容易上手，可视化操作，迎合大学生的习惯。整体趋向于五步之内完成用户操作并且平台显示流畅过程简单易懂。
The platform has a compact interface and if we want to use the platform to find our lost thing we need a website which has many complete functions to students and visual operation. Appealing to undergraduate. We tend to an aim which can accomplish user’s operation in five steps and get a smooth page.
2.1系统的功能要求
1、用户拥有描述物品情况以及失主隐私的保护。提交用户失物信息，针对失主的信息提交时间和丢失时间有明确告知并且需要登录才可查看失主的联系方式来保护失主的个人信息。
User possess option about describe goods’ details and privacy right. Putting in users’ lost information and other people should login page in the way to see the contract information about the people who lost things.
2、用户提交信息状况进行动态。对用户提交的信息进行按时间早晚发布在首页，使用户的最新信息得到及时的传播。
Dynamic display the user submits the information. The information which about user published on the front page day and night, make sure user information is spread.
3、多面展示。对部分喜欢图片呈现的用户单独运用了图片显示界面，帮助用户以图片的形式来表达自己丢失的物品或者捡到的物品信息，大大简化了其他用户的筛选时间。
Show in many ways. We according to the users who like do something in pictures to help them to upload pictures in the platform and make more people see that. It is so simplifier other users’ time.
4、规范所属地址，防止非本校查看。以IP的地址验证进行判断是否为本校的地址然后执行下一步命令。
Specification the address what belongs to. Verify the IP address to judge the address whether the college.
5、保存客户数据。

2.2系统的性能要求
1、硬件配置需求大众化，内存需求2G以上，CPU双核及更好，服务器宽带：100Mbps.网络可用宽带：100Mbps。
Hardware configuration requirements are popular and 2G RAM or more, Dual core CPU or more, Server broadband: 100Mbps.Network available broadband: 100Mbps.
网络占有率无控制为0，每用户事物返回信息量500KB/s，响应时间范围7.8秒。
Network share no control is 0, every user returns the amount of information is 500KB/s, Response time range 0s to 7.8s.
2、能够承受1万人以下用户并发数。服务器响应速度无明显波动。
User concurrency less than ten thousand of it and the server response speed is fixed.
3、当服务器发生重新启动时，可以实现断点记忆与恢复，保证平台运行的连续性和系统数据的完整性。
It can realize the breakpoint memory and recovery when the server was restarted. it will make the platform run smoothly and system data normally.
4、网站对不同级别的管理人员提供不同的功能权限，网站数据采用实时备份，服务器安装实时防杀病毒软件，提高系统的安全性。
According to different management personnel who have functional permissions and website using Real-time backup and install antivirus software to make sure the security efficient.

2.3运行要求
1、服务器端操作系统为Microsoft Windows Server 2003,数据库管理系统为Microsoft Office Access 2003。

失物类型、物品名称、发生时间、相关图片、地点、联系人、联系方式，详情描述。
数据约束性：
物品名称、联系人、联系方式为必输入项，不可缺少。
失物的详情不必写的太过于详细以防失物冒领。

3.1.1.3数据输出
失物基本信息的显示和分类查询
显示：失物类型、失物名称、发生时间、地点，详情描述。
详情描述里面也分为联系人，联系方式和相关图片三个子类
按失物的类型查询：衣服饰品、书籍资料、随身物品、卡类证件、电子数码、交通工具，其他物品。
在失物详情界面也提供了给拾物者留言的面板，方便及时的给失物者提供失物的信息。另外失物者所填写的失物信息也可以转发到一些主流网站让更多人看到以便更快的找回失物。

In the description, it has three subclasses. They are Contact person,

Inquired by Lost property Type: Clothes and Jewelry, Books and

In the description, it also provides a panel to let the pick-up to write the message. It is convenient and timely for Lost people to understand the lost property information. The Lost fill the lost property information that can also be forwarded to some mainstream sites to let more people to see. It make the Lost to get back their lost property easier.

3.1.2.1系统设定数据
类型、 物品名称、 地点 、发布时间以及详细描述。拾物者捡到丢失的物品同时，我们会进行一系列的调查表填写，帮助确定失物者能够更好的了解物品信息和快速而又有效的找回自己丢失的东西。这就是我们为什么会创建失物招领平台的原因。
