Have you ever won any prizes before?你以前曾经得过奖吗？（1） Have/has sb.ever+动词的过去分词（+宾语）？意为“某人曾经过吗？用于询问某人过去的经历。ever 是副词，意为“曾经；从来；在任何时候”，用以加强语气。例如：Have you ever travelled by ship?你曾经乘船旅行过吗？（2）before 副词，意为“以前；从前”。例如：I have never seen so many birds before.我以前从未见过这么多鸟。4. But I cant afford it.但是我支付不起。afford动词，意为“（有财力）买得起，付得起”。其后常接名词、代词或to do不定式，但是不能接V-ing形式。例如：Can you afford a new car？你们买得起一辆新车吗？afford to do sth. 负担得起做某事例如：We cant afford to go to Beijing this summer.今年夏天我们负担不起去北京。5. Ive stopped trying now.我现在已经不再尝试了。stop doing sth. 意为“停止做某事”指停止正在做的事情。stop to do sth. 意为“停下来去做某事”，指停下正在做的事情，去做另一件事例如：Stop talking! The teacher is coming.不要说话了！老师来了。 Im tired.
